Teachers are the foundation of education.With the introduction of relevant national policies,China's teacher education system is constantly improving,the reform of teacher education is constantly advancing,and the quality and level of teacher training are improving as a whole.However,there are still some problems.In view of the problems existing in the training of teachers in Chinese colleges and universities,the ministry of education promulgated and implemented the excellent teacher training plan in 2014.It is hoped that the implementation of this plan can promote the comprehensive reform of curriculum,teaching and other contents in teacher education institutions.This research takes the excellent teacher training plan as the research background,and the practical exploration of pre-service training of teachers in the integrated excellent middle school of undergraduatemaster in H university as the research content,starting from both theoretical and practical aspects.At the theoretical level,the concept of excellent teacher and excellent teacher pre-service training is defined,and the background of excellent teacher pre-service training in China is analyzed.Secondly,from the moral quality,knowledge quality,ability quality from three aspects,discusses the teachers' quality,excellence and clear from the proper training goal,scientific and reasonable curriculum,multi-level teaching mode,personnel quality evaluation four aspects of this integration to recognize outstanding middle school teachers' pre-service training system theory analysis.On a practical level,this integration to recognize excellence in H university teachers' pre-service training case analysis,the present situation and problems of the implementation of the first from the training objectives of development,the selection and management of students,the cultivation of the resources to provide,in the process of fine four aspects of excellence in H university high school teacher training plan implementation process for the overall analysis,secondly from cultivation orientation of excellence,diversification of culture and way stage,cultivation orientation practice,multi-disciplinary,the interaction of the five aspects of H university to realize the integration of outstanding middle school teachers' pre-service training summarizes practical experience,However,in the process of implementation,there are still some problems,such as the convergence of training objectives in the undergraduate and postgraduate stage needs to be improved,the curriculum system is not yet perfect,and the practice teaching lacks of regular management.In this regard,H university should strengthen the connection between undergraduate and postgraduate education and improve the implementation of training objectives in the process of cultivating outstanding teachers.Perfect the curriculum system,enhance the pertinence of the curriculum;Strengthen practical teaching management,improve the cooperative training mechanism,so as to improve the pre-service training process of excellent teachers.The cultivation of excellent teachers is not a matter of a short period of time.The pre-service cultivation of excellent teachers is only a stage of excellent teacher cultivation.Based on the reality,the reasonable positioning of training objectives;Set up modular curriculum system,pay attention to the combination of theory and practice;Attach importance to education practice,establish stable practice base;Evaluation is integrated into the whole process of training to form a comprehensive evaluation and feedback mechanism,so as to promote the pre-service training of excellent teachers to a better direction.
