Resistance to setbacks is the ability of individuals to adapt to setbacks,actively respond to and overcome setbacks.It is also the indispensable ability of individuals to achieve self-realization and adapt to society.As the masters of the future country,the level of resilience of children and adolescents affects their own development,the overall quality of the main force of national construction in the future,and whether the new generation of the country can shoulder the important task of the times and realize the revitalization of the nation.At present,the training of children’s resilience to frustration has not attracted enough attention.Relevant research mainly focuses on College students,adolescents,young children and other groups.There is little research on children’s resilience to frustration.Juvenile children are in an important stage of neurological,psychological and ideological development.They have great plasticity and are the key period of frustration tolerance training.Children in junior middle school are in a state of rapid physical and psychological development.The development of adolescence,has not yet formed a sound way of thinking and social behavior,when facing difficulties,more likely to produce frustration,easy to go to extremes.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to pay attention to and study the training of children’s resilience to frustration.This study defines the core concepts of adolescents,frustration tolerance and adolescents’ frustration tolerance on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the relevant studies.It defines the frustration ABC theory,creative self-esteem and inferiority and compensation as the theoretical support for the study.On the theoretical analysis level,the study analyzed the value orientation of the training of children’s resilience from five aspects: survival and development,attitude guidance,personality shaping,value guidance and spiritual support,established four principles of the training of children’s resilience,and analyzed the reference of foreign children’s resilience training.At the level of current situation investigation,the study conducted questionnaire survey and interviews with two junior middle school students in a city of Henan Province.By using SPSS20.0 to analyze the survey data,it was found that: young children’s will quality level is low,especially boys;young children are prone to negative emotions in the face of setbacks;young children lack good self-awareness: non-only children’s frustration tolerance level needs to be improved;The level of frustration tolerance of grade children is too low,and the level of parents’ education is positively correlated with the level of frustration tolerance of grade children.Based on this,the study attributes the quality of children themselves,the level of family education,the impact of school and social education.Combining with theoretical analysis and current situation adjustment,this paper considers the strategies of fostering children’s resilience to frustration based on their physical and mental development characteristics and various dimensions of resilience at this stage,mainly by consciously strengthening their awareness of resilience cultivation and exerting the key effect of self-education;attaching importance to family cultivation and consolidating the basic role of family education: giving full play to the role of school as the main position and strengthening children’s resilience to frustration Develop social education and foster the resilience of children and adolescents.
