Development Path Research On The School-running Mode Of The Open University Of China

China Central Radio and TV University,it is also called the Open University of China.It is an important part of Chinese open education.With the rapid development of"The central radio and television university personnel training mode reform and open education pilot",the scale of the distance education in China continues to expand.At the same time,with the rapid development of information,radio and television universities are facing new development opportunities and promotion values.However,it is necessary to face up to the current educational activities and future development of radio and television university of China in a sober way.Among the factors affecting its development,the school-running mode is an important problem that needs to be paid more attention.Explore the influence factors and development trend in the future about the mode of running schools of TV universities in China,then find out the problems existing in the school-running mode,it is of great significance to build China’s radio and television universities into a unique,open and dynamic part of higher education.This study takes JZ Radio and TV university as the research object.It makes an empirical study on the existing school-running mode.This study mainly includes six parts:The first part describe the background,significance and purpose of the research,determines the basic framework of research methods and article.The second part:collect and sort out the domestic and foreign related research literature from three aspects:open education,running mode and running mode of radio and TV university,then make the literature review.The third part:define the core concept of this paper and construct the theoretical framework of this research.The fourth part:This paper analyzes the history,present situation and influencing factors of the running mode of TV university in China.The fifth part:take JZ Radio and TV university as an example,make an investigation and research of the school through in-depth interview,analyze and summary the problems in the mode of running school.The study shows that:There are some problems in the educational philosophy and school localization of JZ TV university,educational resources are still lacking,teachers in the JZ TV university are weak.The sixth part:analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the mode of running TV universities in China,and reference the advanced open education mode at home or abroad,put forward the mode of running school suitable for the development of the Open University of China.The seventh part:In view of the problems existing in the mode of running schools of radio and television university in China,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the future development of radio and television univer-sity in China.The results show that:There are some problems in the educational philosophy and school localization of the TV university,educational resources are still lacking,teachers in the TV university are weak.The causes of these problems are as follows:The mode of running schools of TV universities in China is influenced by the planned economy and has strong characteristics of the planned economy;influenced by traditional school-running orientation;shortage of teaching resources;there are some problems with the management mechanism and institutional setup;single source of fiunds.So this study puts forward some Suggestions,such as changing the traditional orientation,improving the traditional school-running system,developing the school-running mode of academic education and non-academic education,perfecting the school-running management organization,and striving to build an Open University with Chinese characteristics.
