| The learning society of the whole people learning and lifelong learning is the development trend of the future society in our country.In the new period,open education is an important part of our national education system,and its development provides an important way for adult continuing education,and also plays an important role for China’s social stability.The open education quality relates to the survival and development of TV University in the future.Especially for the county level,the quality of education is more prominent,resulting in the education of RTVU at county level degree not recognized by many current employer,which has become one of the most important difficulties faced in the development of RTVU at County level.This study aims at solving the problem of how to improve the quality of the open education of TV University at the county level and establishing a perfect education quality management system.This paper uses the methods of literature study,qualitative analysis and questionnaire survey,investigating the current situation for Yongan open education quality management,analyzing the reasons for open education quality management problems.Finally the paper puts forward the strategies to upgrade the level of open education quality:to design an open education quality management framework;to establish scientific education quality management concept;to promote the construction and improvement of comprehensive quality management system;to establish and improve the quality of education management and supervision mechanism,which could be a reference for promoting the improvement of quality management system at county level RTVU education and enhancing the quality of education to RTVU at county level a reference in Fujian. |
