| In recent years,the professional development of educational technology in China has been marginalized,and the professional identity of college students has a very important impact on their professional learning engagement,learning motivation,professional development and career planning.In this study,undergraduate students from 2012 to 2016 majoring in educational technology in H university were selected as the research objects,and the research method combining questionnaire survey and interview was mainly adopted.First,this study empirically investigated the status quo of professional identity of 130 students in this major,and found that the overall attitude of undergraduates in the class of 2012 to 2016 in the education technology of H university towards this major showed a relatively low level of identity(graduate group)and a relatively low level of identity(student group).Secondly,this paper makes attribution analysis of the professional identity of the undergraduates from the professional level,the student body level and the social level.Among them,the professional level of education technology is mainly due to the lack of personnel training objectives fuzzy,theory courses are various obsolete,practice and operation link is insufficient,teaching equipment is not perfect,the lack of employment guidance and other deficiencies;At the level of students’ main body,there are several reasons,such as lack of clear autonomy in their voluntary choice,insufficient investment in study,and too much emphasis on practical skills.At the social level,it is mainly due to the lack of social cognition and the low social recognition of this major.Finally,in view of the main reasons for the low professional identity of H university’s education technology undergraduates,the following countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward:at the professional level,it is suggested to precisely position the talent training objectives of the major,re-integrate the curriculum system,purchase sufficient and sound modern teaching equipment,and improve the employment guidance system.At the level of students’ main body,it is suggested to improve students’ self-determination in voluntary choice,enhance professional learning input,and change the thinking of materialized technical personnel.At the social level,it is suggested to promote the development of educational informatization,improve social cognition,enhance professional influence,and enhance social recognition. |
