The People's Republic of China "kindergarten education guidelines(try out)" pointed out: "the environment important education resource,should by the creation and utilization of the environment,effectively promote the development of young children." As a kind of invisible education mode,regional environment creation has attracted more and more attention in preschool education field.However,in the actual creation of kindergartens' regional material environment,there are often situations in which adults play a dominant role and children's participation is low,which deviates from the characteristics of children's development.Based on this phenomenon,this study,by means of questionnaire survey,interview,observation,literature research and other research methods,from the perspective of the "children standard" concept,made an in-depth investigation on five aspects,including the teachers' situation of the regional material environment creation of six kindergartens in Linghe district,Jinzhou city,the implementation of various factors of the regional material environment,the children's participation in the regional material environment creation,the management and evaluation of the regional material environment creation,and the social support of the regional material environment creation.The survey results show that there are the following problems in the creation of regional material environment in kindergartens: 1.Teachers have a vague idea about the creation of regional material environment under the concept of "children standard";2.The concept of "children standard" is not reflected in some factors of regional material environment;3.Children's participation in regional material environment creation is low;4.The management and evaluation of the creation of regional material environment in kindergartens are not in place.And area under the concept of "children standard" physical environment creation reason carried on the thorough analysis of existing problems,and thus targeted regional material environment creating development countermeasures: 1.Strengthen the teacher training;2.Implement the "children standard" concept;3.Actively guide children to participate in creation activities;4.Establish management and evaluation system,etc.This study aims to "children standard" concept deeply into the kindergarten area all aspects of the physical environment to create,so as to provide favorable conditions for regional material environment created,for improving the quality of the kindergarten regional material environment,promote the sustainable development of the kindergarten work theory and the practice reference.
