Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System For The Formation Of Decline Period Of Multimedia Network Public Opinion

With the rapid development of the Internet and the widespread popularization of multimedia technology,the Internet has become a distribution center for ideological and cultural information and an amplifier for public opinion.The governance of cyberspace is an important part of the construction of a powerful network country.This research on multimedia network public opinion has important theoretical and practical significance.The multimedia network public opinion has the audiovisual formal characteristics of multivariate co-occurrence,content characteristics of complex resistance to mutation,short-period characteristics of high outbreaks are prone to recession and propagation characteristics of fast speed and wide range.Therefore,it is more difficult to control and guide multimedia network public opinion.Multimedia network public opinion needs to go through a complete life cycle from its emergence to its extinction.According to the literature research method,the life cycle of multimedia network public opinion is divided into incubation period,diffusion period,transformation period and decline period.The decline period of multimedia network public opinion is an indispensable stage in the development and evolution of multimedia network public opinion.At present,the research on the life cycle of multimedia network public opinion mainly focuses on the diffusion period,but there are few studies on the recession period.Research on the decline period of multimedia network public opinion can also provide certain theoretical guidance for multimedia network public opinion monitoring.If all multimedia network public opinion information is monitored regardless of situation,it will inevitably consume a lot of resources and the monitoring efficiency is low.Therefore,the research on the declining period of multimedia network public opinion can help the public opinionmonitoring agencies focus on monitoring part of multimedia network.improve the multimedia network public opinion monitoring efficiency and save resources.In this study,the causes,characteristics,laws and several common trends of decline of multimedia network public opinion are analyzed,and the establishment of index system is an effective means to evaluate whether multimedia network public opinion has entered a decline period.At present,there are few studies on multimedia network public opinion recession period by using the index system.Based on this,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of decline period of multimedia network public opinion by means of literature research method and expert consultation method.Then use octopus to collect the data of four incidents from Sina Weibo and Headline Index:Chongqing Wanzhou bus crashes into the river,gene edited infants,a man in Hunan Xinhua fraud insurance,Shouguang floods disaster in Shandong province.And then use Matlab Neural Network Toolbox to analyze the data,To verify the rationality and practicability of constructing the index system.The research shows that the evaluation index system of multimedia network public opinion decline period is feasible and practical,which provides some theoretical basis and research ideas for the follow-up related research.
