| This paper mainly uses the teaching mode of flipped classroom,and takes the hurdling project of interesting track and field for children as the main teaching content,The novel teaching mode is integrated into the third grade physical education classroom of primary school to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of flipped class mode in primary school physical education classroom.This article mainly uses the experimental method,the interview method,the investigation method and the mathematical statistics method to study the learning interest,physical fitness,technical level,practice method creation and challenge ability of third-grade students before and after the experiment,as well as the changes in the effectiveness of physical education class,exercise time,times and density.The purpose is to let students preview what they have learned by using the teaching mode of flipped class and watching the recorded teaching video and the distributed teaching cards in the break of two days before the formal teaching,and to let students master the simple movements and professional terms before class.Before learning the new teaching content,students can use the network platform and teaching cards to preview,and have a basic understanding of the knowledge and technology to be learned in their mind,In addition,students will use three large recess time for group communication and cooperative learning.They will also use the time at home to watch the teaching video,explore and imitate independently and strengthen the practice,and then record the practice content into video and share it with the class group.So that teachers can find problems in a timely manner and in-depth exchanges with students,and constantly improve the quality of students’ movements,correct and improve teachers ’ own teaching methods and teaching design,but also in a timely manner to find students and teaching content easily wrong points and difficulties.In this way,it is helpful for teachers to guide students with learning difficulties in class,improve teachers’ sense of responsibility and ability to prepare lessons carefully,so as to accelerate the teaching progress and improve the teaching efficiency and effectiveness.In addition,through the mutual evaluation and group practice among the groups in class,it is also helpful to improve the students’ awareness of positive communication and enthusiasm for making progress,It can not only improve the sports learning pleasure and comprehensive physicalquality of primary school students,but also improve the ability of autonomous learning and cooperative inquiry,meanwhile it also help to cultivate students’ self-discipline consciousness of using the network platform to learn knowledge correctly,thus effectively exercise the elementary student’s ability to learn and develop good habits of study and life.In the process of using flipped class,teachers will carefully prepare the teaching content,equipment layout and organizational process,and design the course with great care.Besides,the presentation of each satisfactory teaching micro video needs to be recorded many times,and then the recorded video will be edited and improved,In addition,teachers will carefully watch their own teaching video for many times before students watch it,and constantly improve the language organization and curriculum design.Therefore,when teachers use the concept of flipped class to teach,they will not only improve their ability and quality of careful lesson preparation and rigorous teaching,In addition,while improving their comprehensive quality,they will also influence the surrounding teachers imperceptibly,forming a good teaching atmosphere of mutual learning and common progress.By having students watch video before class,the teacher can streamline the language in class,In this way,the students’ exercise time for per class is also increased correspondingly,which has a good effect on the improvement of students’ physical health.With more practice time in class,there will be more free practice time in groups,In a relaxed and free learning environment,it is also very helpful for the cultivation of children’s imagination and innovation ability,especially,the cultivation of autonomous learning and self-confidence,as well as cooperative inquiry learning ability to improve the most significant.The flipped classroom teaching model has effectively improved home-school cooperation,student-student interaction,teacher-student interaction,and communication time between parents and children,it will also subtly improve the children’s communication skills and the feelings between students or teachers or parents.It can also increase the practice time,times and density of students in class,and improve the effectiveness of physical education class.Iit help to tap the children’s innovation ability and cultivate children’s sense of competition and brave spirit of challenge.Research results:(1)There was no significant difference between the selected experimental class and the control class in the third grade of tangu primary school in shijiazhuang and the comparativeanalysis of the physical fitness index and the learning pleasure index before the experiment(P>0.05).(2)After the experiment,the data of the experimental class and the control class were compared and analyzed.There were significant differences in the indexes of 50 m run,sit-forward,1-minute sit-up and 1-minute rope skipping(P < 0.05).50 m run and 1-minute rope skipping has big significant differences between the two indexes(P < 0.01).There were significant differences in effective goals,cognitive goals and sports goals in the scale of learning pleasure,but no significant differences in action goals(P>0.05).The experimental class was superior to the control class in the technical evaluation scores of the hurdle race and all stages.Moreover,the evaluation scores,the number of creation and practice methods,the practice time and the practice density of the hurdle course were all higher than those of the control class.The ability of the experimental class to challenge the number of hurdles was higher than that of the control class(P<0.01).Research conclusion:(1)Flip Classroom Teaching mode has a positive impact on the development of physical fitness,the cultivation of learning pleasure and the effective learning of the whole process and various stages of children’s interesting track and field hurdles for third-grade students.(2)Flipped Class Model can promote the comprehensive quality of the third-grade students,such as the way of creating and making up games in PE class and the number of challenging and crossing hurdles.(3)Flipped Class Model can improve the effectiveness of PE class and increase the practice time,times and density of PE class. |
