| Teaching behavior is the behavior that teachers show in classroom life with the main purpose of teaching knowledge.It is also the core and leading part of classroom teaching and the most dynamic part of the teaching system.The teacher’s teaching behavior is not only the external performance of the teacher’s professional ability in the classroom teaching,but also the soul of the whole classroom teaching,which directly affects the quality of the classroom teaching.Therefore,the teacher’s teaching behavior is an important influence factor of the classroom teaching effect,has the strong research value.The theoretical courses of physical education majors in ordinary colleges and universities are the study of the principles of human body science,the objective laws of physical education and sports,the basic methods of teaching and training,and so on.Such courses are of great importance to the students’ body and psychology.The ability of social adaptation and the establishment of awareness of lifelong physical education play a very important role.Because of the characteristics of physical education and the influence of physical training experience,the students of physical education have a low degree of affection and concentration on the study of theoretical courses.Therefore,as practitioners of physical education courses,Physical education teachers play an important role in promoting the improvement of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.There is a direct relationship between teacher’s teaching behavior and teaching effect.The teaching effect is the main content to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching behavior directly.There are differences in the teaching behavior of different teachers.Therefore,the teaching behavior is contending with each other and the teaching effect is different.Although there are differences in different teachers’ teaching behaviors,all effective teaching behaviors show the same characteristics.Therefore,it is important to sum up and popularize the effective teaching behavior of teachers to improve the teaching quality.Through the practice of classroom teaching,this paper makes an in-depth and objective view on the teaching behavior of theoretical curriculum teachers of physical education in colleges and universities.In order to provide reference and reference for improving the teaching effect of PE theoryclass,the author tries to reveal the law and characteristics of the teaching behavior of the theoretical course teachers of physical education.This study uses literature,classroom observation,video observation,investigation and mathematical statistics to study the teachers of physical Education College of Hebei normal University.At the same time,this research also draws lessons from Shi Liangfang’s classification method of classroom teaching behavior and assists classroom observation scale and video to observe and record the teacher’s classroom practice in an all-round way.Based on this,the teaching behavior of theoretical classroom teachers of physical education specialty is studied.Based on the behavioral theory,role theory and sports psychology theory,this research explores the teaching behavior of teachers in the theoretical classroom of physical education specialty based on the research results of teachers’ teaching behavior both at home and abroad.Four theoretical courses of physical education college were observed and recorded by means of classroom observation record table and video recording method.On the premise of brief introduction of related concepts such as teacher’s teaching behavior and specific division of teaching behavior,this paper makes a comprehensive and meticulous observation record and arrangement of teachers’ concrete teaching behavior performance in these four courses.The purpose of this study is to make a brief introduction to the present situation of theoretical teachers’ teaching behavior in physical Education College of Hebei normal University.The main problems existing in teaching behavior are analyzed,the reasons are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The teaching behavior of the class teachers in the theory of physical education refers to the behavior taken by the teachers to improve the quality of the classroom teaching,including the three major: the main teaching behavior,the auxiliary teaching behavior and the classroom organization management behavior.There are eight dimensions and 33 specific teaching behavior indicators.(2)Looking at the total frequency of teachers’ teaching behavior in classroom teaching activities,we can see that the main teaching behavior that occupies the absolute dominantposition in the classroom is presentation behavior and dialogue behavior.Secondly,non-verbal behavior is the main teaching behavior in auxiliary teaching behavior.Order maintenance and password instruction are the main teaching behaviors in teaching organization and management(about 60% and 25%,respectively).(3)In the classroom teaching time,when the time length is about 90 minutes,the most teaching behavior is to tell the behavior,and there is a clear difference in comparison with other teaching behaviors,and the teacher spends most of the energy and time in telling the behavior,The average of each class is about 75.5%.It takes about 93% of the time of the whole class,with a minimum of about 66%.The description of the nature of the subject knowledge and the course requires a great deal of interpretation by the teacher,and also the main cause of the most significant proportion of the behavior in the classroom.(4)The reasons that affect the teaching behavior of teachers in theoretical courses of physical education include the influence of teachers’ own cognition,the influence of teachers’ teaching habits,the influence of school arrangement of curriculum time and the influence of students’ behavior on teachers’ behavior.The nature of subject knowledge,the intensity of teachers’ work content,the lag of teaching ideas and methods,the imperfect evaluation mechanism of teaching quality and inertia are the specific factors that affect teachers’ teaching behavior.(5)Through the analysis of the influence factors of the teaching behavior of the teachers in the physical education course of ordinary colleges and universities,the author puts forward the optimization strategies from three aspects: the optimization of the teaching methods and the means,the cognition and the innovation of the teacher’s teaching idea,and the corresponding requirements for the students. |
