In China,the important issue of interpersonal relations has changed with social development.On the one hand,the kinship and blood relationship under the influence of Confucian culture and family background are still indispensable parts of people's lives;On the other hand,the development of society,especially the changes in society since the Economic Reform and open up,has enabled people to be linked in different organizations and situations other than kinship,forming a broader and more complex social network.This paper focuses on a small private enterprise and tries to study the relationship between people in the context of organization and management.This article is divided into six parts.The Introduction part introduces the background of this paper,the related research,the research method of this paper and the field investigation and field site situation.Chapter 1 introduces the organizational structure and management system of Company A,which together constitute the organizational relationship within the company.Three elements are involved in the organizational relationship: First,the structure of the organization system which is designed according to the company's business;Second,pay and performance assessment of the main management system;Third,the position and personal charm of the general manager in Company A.These three together constitute the organizational background of employees in the company.Chapter 2 will discuss the "Relationship Circle" that exists simultaneously with the organizational relationship in the company from the perspective of employees.The formation of the "relationship circle" stems from the close interaction between employees at work and the personal interaction between employees outside of work."Accomplishment" is an important criterion for employees to measure the relationship between colleagues.Chapter 3 discusses the "Relationship Distance" between employees and changes in relationship status through contradictions between employees.Interpersonal conflicts come from the fact that the two sides of the relationship take different actions when dealing with interpersonal relationships under the condition of "Non-equivalence Relationship Distance".After the contradiction occurs,the party in the relationship will actively adjust the "Relationship Distance" between the two sides,which has led to changes in the relationship between the two parties.Chapter 4 analyzes the interaction between company management and interpersonal relationships.The operation and management of the company guide employees to balance interpersonal relationships to reduce contradictions and achieve cooperation.The "Relationship Circle" is on the one hand a tool for employees to safeguard their own interests,and on the other hand,it also promotes cooperation between employees outside the organization.The Conclusion part is about the conclusion and summary of this paper.In this paper,there are two different interpersonal structures among the employees of Company A,one is the organization relationship based on business,and the other is the "Relationship Circle" outside the organization relationship.In the environment of the private enterprise,the organization relationship is the basis for the completion of the work goals.Although the formation of the "Relationship Circle" depends on the organization relationship,it more reflects the emotional needs of employees to establish closer personal relationships at work.Contradictions occur from time to time,but because of common interests,employees will actively adjust "Relationship Distance" and balance interpersonal relationships to achieve cooperation.Interpersonal relationships at work are the complex presentation of interpersonal needs and organizational needs,and will be more complex and changeable in the continuous development of society and economy.
