With the development of industrialization,a large number of talents have sprung up the city to accelerate the process of urbanization.However,there are many contradictions and problems in the rapid development of the city."Urban disease"is becoming more and more prominent,which are not conducive to talent construction and sustainable development.Therefore,urban construction needs to change from the emphasis on quantitative expansion to the pursuit of qualitative development.A combination of high-quality and high-quality livable city not only attract scientific and technological human resources gathering,the most important is to retain talent,to bring new vitality to the city,and further accelerate the urban transformation and upgrading.Urban quality and scientific and technological human resources aggregation complement each other.So this dissertation explore the scientific and technological human resources gathering from the perspective of urban quality,through literature analysis and empirical research to build a multivariate regression model,but also consider the social psychology of the commitment of others intermediary influence.Finally,the suggestion to the city government manager was put forward according to the comprehensive conclusion and the existing research.After comparing and analyzing the limitations of previous studies,this dissertation investigates the psychological evaluation of urban quality by the scientific and technological human resources of the students ’ representatives of college degree and above,and uses SPSS and AMOS statistical software to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,basic descriptive analysis and empirical linear regression analysis after obtaining the primary data,to observe the city quality and scientific and technological human resources aggregation,intermediary variables other people’s commitment to the relationship.Research has a certain theoretical and practical significance.In the research content,after combing the theory of three variable factors in this dissertation,the urban quality is divided into five dimensions of economy,spiritual culture,ecology,life and policy,and continue to make empirical research with the aggregation of scientific and technological human resources and the commitment of others.In view of the influence of people’s behavior on certain subjective will and emotion,this dissertation puts forward the concept of others’ commitment as an intermediary variable in psychology,and probes into whether the addition of intermediary variables will have an impact on the main effect,and then can provide new ideas for the government to attract human resources.Finally,through the effective empirical regression analysis of 198 samples,the results show that the five dimensions of urban quality have a positive impact on the aggregation of science and technology human resources.Others promise play a part of the intermediary role.The research results have a certain degree of innovation.It can be seen that the result of the argument is consistent with the original theoretical hypothesis,so we can also provide a reasonable countermeasure for the city manager.Cities attract scientific and technological human resources is not overnight,need improve their own quality construction in the first,improve people’s life satisfaction,in order to have a strong desire to gather in a certain city to play a gathering effect.To this end,we should all-round and multi-level improvement of economic quality,enrich the spiritual and cultural quality,improve ecological quality,strengthen the quality of life,provide policy quality,targeted to grasp the needs of talent,gathered the world’s talents to build a beautiful city.
