Research On The Problem Of Social Work Involved In Embedded Old-age Service

With the advancement of society,people’s living standards have improved,and people pay more attention to the enjoyment of spiritual life while satisfying material needs.The elderly group is also paying more and more attention to their own quality of life.It is not only limited to the satisfaction of basic needs such as eating and wearing,but also pays more attention to the satisfaction of the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly.Therefore,their requirements for aged care services have become more detailed.As one of the countries with serious aging problems,China has been constantly exploring better ways of providing old-age care.So far,it has developed relatively mature institutional pensions and home-based care.These two service methods are obvious in the elderly’s life care.The results,but often overlook the spiritual appeal of the elderly,the news that the old-age institutions treat the elderly and abuse the elderly in an endless stream,so in order to avoid the drawtbacks of the existing pension system,embedded pensions began to appear in the public’s field of vision.This kind of old-age care method not only combines the advantages of institutional pension and home-based care,but also introduces the social work service concept into the old-age service,making the service more professional and worthy of promotion and development.As a new type of old-age care,embedded pension has obvious advantages.It provides more basic care for the elderly while paying more attention to the spiritual enjoyment of the elderly,making the elderly service more humane,and the role of social work is most prominent.However,with the continuous development of embedded pensions,some problems in social work involved in embedded old-age care services have gradually emerged,and further improvement is needed to improve the professional level of embedded old-age services.This paper takes the H City X Elderly Service Center as the research object,and uses the literature research method,the participation observation method and the interview method to collect and organize the service provision of the service center of the elderly,analyze its existing problems and causes,and propose relevant Feasibility suggestions to promote the professionalization of embedded pension services,and more prominent features.Through the collection of data,it was found that the H City X Elderly Service Center provided a more comprehensive service for the elderly,which basically met the living needs of the elderly.However,through further research on service content,it is found that social work involves the following problems in the intervention of embedded old-age services:some services are too formalized,lack of innovation;service delivery is inaccurate and there is a waste of resources;Sexuality is difficult to achieve the expected results;social workers are not clearly positioned in the service,and it is difficult to establish a stable service relationship with the client;embedded pension itself still has a low awareness.Through analysis,it is found that the causes of these problems are mainly the lack of social work professional ability;the role of social workers is easily misunderstood;the demand for services is complex and complex;the supply of various service resources is difficult;the means of propaganda lacks innovation.In order to improve the professional level of embedded aged care services,the professional level of the aged care service personnel should be improved and the service forms should be improved in the service process;the communication platform should be established to clarify the status of social workers;the demand should be differentiated and the on-demand services should be promoted;Consolidate the service effect;increase the propaganda of embedded pensions and create brand effects.In this way,the characteristics of social work specialization services in embedded old-age services will become more obvious,and embedded care services can be recognized and recognized by more people,and thus will grow and develop.
