Research On Embedded Dilemma And Countermeasures In Practice Of Medical Social Work

Practice is an important part of medical social work education.Medical social work interns have professional promotion,professional skills to grow,promote services and other multiple tasks during their internship in the medical institutions.The occupation and professional education of medical social work are related to each other.Under the situation that the professionalization and professional knowledge rates are low,professional practice will face difficulties in embedding,which makes it difficult to complete the internship task.In order to optimize the voluntary service and the introduction of medical social work,the author takes the internship as an intern,encountered embedded dilemma from the interns themselves,hospitals and patients triple.When multiple internship tasks in the face of embedded difficulties,the author reflect on the service environment and conditions,timely adjustment of service implementation,and ultimately make case service smoothly.Based on the author's five-month hospital internship experience,this paper draws lessons from the experience of other scholars,analyzes the problems encountered in the internship and the work of the different stages,and summarizes the practical experience and practice strategies,to reflect on the development of medical social work embedded.The main part of this study is divided into four parts.First,this article gives a brief introduction to the embedded background of practice in medical social work,and analyzes the embedded dilemma in practice,and points out that the professional isolation and lack of environmental recognition are the main factors that can not be ignored in the embedded dilemma.Second,the necessity and feasibility of the contextual embedding strategy are analyzed.To promote the development of medical social work,to enhance professional skills,share the responsibility of medical care is the task of professional practice,which is the necessity of contextual embedding strategy;the hospital designed to optimize volunteer service,leveraging medical staff to use medical resources,based on medicalwork pain which provide the feasibility for contextual embedding.Thirdly,the content of the contextual embedding strategy is summarized.Firstly,the selection principle of the evaluation and the recitation of the situation is determined,and the medical cooperation is determined as the key embedded situation.Finally,the specific elements in the embedded situation are displayed,and the embedded elements are clearly embedded in the context of the embedded situation.Relationship and service relationship.Fourthly,it elaborates the influence of situational embedding strategy on the practice of medical society,including the influence of professional practice,the analysis of the situation of embedded subject,the recognition of the role of embedded object(the patient)to the intern,Health care workers)to change the attitude of cooperation.The main conclusions are as follows: First,the main factors in the embedded dilemma can not be ignored;Second,the application of situational embedded strategy changes the patient's cognition of medical internship and the cooperative attitude of medical staff.Thirdly,the role change and the ability of environmental identification are the important factors that make use of the embedded strategy.Fourthly,the deep embedding of medical social work requires multi-party common force.
