Research On Embedded Development Strategies Ofsocial Work Agencies

The development path of social work in China is based on the national conditions of the country.It is an inclusive road developed through the promotion of top-down social policies.At present,China is undergoing a period of social transformation.Due to the incoordination of social development and prominent social issues,it has affected the harmonious development of society.Therefore,the government strongly advocates and improves social governance innovation and community building.Under the socio-political and institutional arrangements,Shenzhen is a pilot area and pioneer in the development of professional social work in China,and at the early stage,the social work development model of “leading by the party committee,government promotion,private operation,and social common reference” has rapidly spread throughout the city and even across the country.Spread out.Under the institutional construction,social work organizations serve as platforms for service provision,and social workers as social service providers have become increasingly prominent in the role and importance of improving community social governance systems.This paper studies the embedded development strategy of social work organizations.The community service group is a project of the Shenzhen government to purchase services,and it is also a non-substantive grassroots comprehensive service platform under the leadership of the party committee to carry out community services.Through the government's purchase of project-based services,most of the successful social organizations are privately-run social work organizations.Compared with the original system of community governance,how private social workers and social workers as "foreigners" are better integrated into the localized community environment and the governance system of the embedded community,this discussion discusses the issues and the current development of social work.There is a close connection.The core idea of this paper is that social work institutions are embedded in the original community governance system of the community,and while giving up their autonomy,they actively seek for development strategies.They also demonstrate the professionalism and subjectivity of social workers.Embedding the subject is weakly embedded in the institutional and functional aspects of social work organizations and social workers.The embedded object is the original governance system of the community and is structurally embedded.The study found that the social organization embedded in the community is a long process and a dynamic process.At present and for some time to come,with the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up,new social issues will emerge.Therefore,social work organizations have the opportunity to in-depth embed social community governance systems and become an integral part of the community governance system.
