Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Cultural Activities

As the basic unit of cultural dissemination and development,community cultural construction has always been the most important part of community research and development.It is the carrier to guarantee the cultural needs of community residents,the necessary way to build a public service system and a harmonious community,and the key to achieve cultural prosperity and development Community cultural activities as the most intuitive form to show the construction of community culture,the practice of community cultural activities will affect the development and progress of a community.The practice of community cultural activities has a direct impact on the cultural needs of community residents and the role of grass-roots cultural service system.Therefore,we must attach importance to the practice and management of community cultural activities,explore a model that conforms to the reality of the community,meets the cultural needs of residents,and constructs a harmonious socialist society and harmonious community to develop grass-roots culture and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.Better analysis of the problems in the practice of community cultural activities and better development and organization of cultural activities have become the focus of attention.This article is the author’s thinking and understanding in the process of community culture construction and cultural activities planning in F community.Although F community has made some achievements in the practice of cultural activities,there are still many drawbacks.In order to solve the problems arising from community cultural activities,this paper puts forward a topic and puts forward a case study on the current situation of the practice of commnity cultural activities in F community,focusing on the construction of the practice mode of community cultural activities from the perspective of professional social work.Through professional planning,implementation and evaluation process,this paper explores the countermeasures and methods to further improve the practice of community cultural activities.The structure of this paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance and literature review.The second part mainly describes the classification of cultural activities in F community,the functions of cultural activities and the current situation of cultural activities in F community.The third part focuses on the analysis of these problems and their causes.The main problems are the insufficient participation of residents in cultural activities,the lack of professional involvement in social work,and the lack of community cultural management system.Sound,lack of systematic organization and management,lack of summary,reflection and supervision system and other issues.Further analysis of its causes mainly includes strong spontaneous activities of residents,lack of professional guidance,lack of long-term planning of cultural activities in the community,slow development of limited number of community volunteer organizations,backward administrative management mode of"up-and-down effect",and slow development of cultural undertakings with community characteristics.The fourth part is to construct the social work practice mode of community cultural activities aiming at the problems arising from community cultural activities.It mainly puts forward the optimization measures from three aspects:first,to establish the operation mechanism of community cultural activities,mainly from the relevant policies and regulations,the establishment of cultural management and supervision departments and clear approval procedures,the establishment of cultural heritage positions and the integration of cultural resources.Secondly,we should use professional social work methods and concepts to develop differentiated cultural activities;formulate reward and punishment systems for community autonomous organizations and community cultural managers and carry out various forms of evaluation by using social work methods;thirdly,we should strengthen the allocation of social work personnel to optimize the practical scheme of cultural activities,and further build the practice mode of community cultural activities.The strategy of building a better community.
