The purpose of this paper is to explore whether there are differences in the improvement of athletes' anaerobic ability by different time arrangements of anaerobic training.Through the anaerobic training of athletes with the same content at different times,the dynamic,physiological and biochemical indexes of athletes in pre-test and post-test were counted,and the indexes of athletes were followed up and monitored in the five-week intervention training plan.Through statistics and analysis,the differences of different time training are found out and the following conclusions are drawn:1.After five weeks anaerobic training,most of the athletes' performances in the afternoon and afternoon tests will change significantly.The post-test has a more obvious growth than the previous test,and the increase in the afternoon special score is greater than the morning special.The extent of the increase in performance.2.Before and after the test,the anaerobic power of the athletes in the morning test was mostly greater than the anaerobic power during the afternoon test.After a period of anaerobic training,the anaerobic power value of the athletes in the afternoon and afternoon time did not increase,the individual data values.It is also lower than the previous test,indicating that the athlete's anaerobic power is relatively stable,and it is difficult to improve its dynamics through short-term special training.3.In this paper,the change of heart rate in anaerobic training is mainly reflected in the 6 point test point after exercise.The training of a period of time will increase the rate of decline of the test point by 6 points,indicating that the recovery speed of the athletes has increased significantly and the recovery in the afternoon has improved.The speed is obviously faster than the morning.As the training time increases,the difference between the heart rate in the upper and lower afternoons will gradually decrease,and the heart rate of the athletes will approach.4.After five weeks anaerobic training,the athlete's blood lactate value at the3-point test point increased significantly,indicating that the athlete's glycolysis and body energy supply capacity will be improved and the athlete's Acid resistance andresilience have also improved,but the above-mentioned ability improvement is mainly reflected in the afternoon and the morning reaction is not obvious,indicating that athletes have stronger ability to glycolysis and acid resistance in the afternoon.After training,athletes have glycolysis and acid resistance in the afternoon.It will be further enhanced and the scope of improvement will be even greater.5.The anaerobic training will have a relatively large load stimulation for the athletes.The RPE value of the athletes in the afternoon is relatively stable,and there is basically no change.The RPE value in the morning changes little,but the change is small,indicating that the athlete's body feels relatively stable.Anaerobic training is more difficult to make a more obvious change.6.In this study,the difference between male and female athletes in morning and afternoon aerobic training is mainly reflected in the two indexes of special performance and blood lactic acid.The change range of female athletes' morning and afternoon special performance is larger than that of male athletes.The blood lactic acid value of male athletes was higher than that of female athletes in the morning and afternoon.There are no obvious differences and rules in other indicators selected in this study.
