Sports fatigue has always been a hot research topic in all fields of sports.According to different criteria,there are many kinds of fatigue,so there are many ways to relax.Only through proper fatigue of athletes' body caused by training and reasonable and effective relaxation means can athletes' physical function be restored and their sports level and competitive ability be developed scientifically for a long time.Searching for scientific and effective means of relaxation is one of the main tasks of every coach.Football is a fierce and intense sport.The victory of the game depends on the players' active running cooperation,good tactical awareness,excellent personal ability and other factors in the whole game.Physical fitness training is to strengthen the physical fitness of athletes.Long-term systematic and scientific physical fitness training will enable football players to have good and abundant physical fitness.Physical fitness training should not only pay attention to the scientificity of training content and means,the rationality of training intensity and training volume,but also pay special attention to relaxation exercises after training.Water sports are widely used in medical rehabilitation.People use the characteristics of water resistance,buoyancy,pressure and heat conduction to carry out sports rehabilitation,which can enhance muscle strength,increase the range of joint movement,improve body flexibility,restore the ability of nerve and muscle control,body balance and coordination,and promote the recovery of body injury.When human body moves in water,pressure,buoyancy and resistance act on human body at the same time.Among them,buoyancy counteracts some of the human body's gravity,can relax human muscles,and has a positive effect on relieving pain and fatigue.In this study,14 students of Beijing Sports University Women's Football Team were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.After special football training,the experimental group underwent relaxation exercises in the water environment,while the control group underwent corresponding relaxation exercises on land.The indexes reflecting athletes' fatigue,such as skeletal muscle hardness,tension,elasticity and self-perception,were recorded during the experiment.The innovation of this study is that all the indicators used to evaluate fatigue are non-invasive,and there is no physical damage to athletes.After the experiment,the data were compared and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Relaxation in water can effectively alleviate the sports fatigue of football players in training.(2)In a short period of time,the effect of water relaxation is better than the traditional relaxation method of school football team;but after a night's rest,the effect of water relaxation is the same as that of traditional relaxation,there is no significant difference.(3)Relaxation in water can effectively alleviate the mental fatigue of football players.(4)At different temperatures,the effect of relaxation in water is also different.(5)Water sports experience directly affects the relaxation effect of athletes in water.(6)Relaxation in water has no significant effect on the 12-minute running performance of football players.It is suggested that coaches should use the combination of water relaxation and traditional relaxation to enrich the methods of eliminating athletes' fatigue and attach importance to the recovery of athletes' psychological fatigue.Only athletes with certain experience in water sports can choose the means of water relaxation.They should choose the method of water relaxation under suitable weather conditions such as summer,autumn and winter,and choose it carefully under cold weather such as water ring.Develop the aerobic ability of football players.
