Objective:Cold therapy is a kind of more and more widely applied, is used to reduce the heat load, reduce the heat stress method.With the cold therapy technology matures, in the process of football training and competition in cold therapy research began to develop. In this study, Wingate test was used to analyze whether different cold therapy recovery can promote fatigue recovery and athletes anaerobic exercise ability and the effect of different cold therapy methods for athletes and coaches in practice cold recovery intervention reference.Methods:This experiment adopts the random cross reference design itself, 16 subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups of 4 people. Each subject was subjected to four experiments at 7-day intervals. On each experimental day, a group of four subjects experiment at the same time,respectively to passive recovery (Control,CON), lower limb Cold water Immersion (Cold - water based, CWI), Palm Cold therapy (Palm Cooling, PC) and composite Cold therapy (Combination Cooling,CC) four resume intervention measures. Interventions were interchanged after seven days, and each subject completed each of the three exchanges.This study will by comparing four to recover after intervention Wingate test of peak power (PP),mean power (MP), and fatigue index (%) were compared with four recovery interventions and analyzed with blood lactate, heart rate, core body temperature and subjective fatigue.Results:1. The different ways of cold therapy for physiological indexes than CON group has a more obvious change, PC group and CWI group change in value more.2. The cold therapy to restore allowed subjects improve in anaerobic exercise, the peak power of the CWI, PC group and relative peak power is significantly improved, average power and relative average power has a rising trend.3. In this experiment, there was a significant correlation between heart rate and blood lactate, and heart rate and body surface temperature.Conclusions:1. The physiological indexes experimental results show that the Palm Cold therapy can achieve similar to lower limb cold treatment recovery effect, and had a better recovery effect than compound cold therapy and control, at the same time the advantages of simple and easy to use can be more widely used.2. The anaerobic exercise test results show that the Palm Cold therapy can improve the ability of anaerobic exercise, also relieve fatigue ability is more outstanding.3. The heart rate and blood lactic acid, body surface temperature, heart rate and fatigue as well as body surface temperature and fatigue index has a significant correlation between indicators, such as for the movement recovery and re-movement ability there is a great deal of statistical significance and objectivity.
