Research objective: Pupils are in a critical period of body posture formation,and good body posture is closely related to pelvic position.At present,less attention is paid to the problem of pelvic tilt,so this study is intended to combine the principles of exercise anatomy and rehabilitation to develop a sports intervention scheme suitable for primary school students,and to implement it in training to observe its effect on the correction of pelvic tilt.Methods: A random selection of 204 pupils in the third and four or five grades of Dongxinfang primary School,Mentougou District,Beijing,was carried out to measure the attitude of Bodystyle(Model.S-8.0),It was found that there were many problems in pelvis roll,pelvis forward tilt,long and short legs and high and low shoulders.On the basis of following the principle of voluntary participation,60 students were randomly selected as experimental subjects and divided into experimental group and control group.According to the measurement results,a exercise intervention scheme was developed to correct the pelvic tilt of primary school students,and the exercise intervention was carried out for ten weeks.Height,weight,body mass index,pelvis roll,pelvis forward tilt,long and short legs were measured before and after the experiment.The indexes of high and low shoulder and sitting body flexion were compared.Research results:(1)The two indexes of pelvis roll in the experimental group were significantly decreased.In the aspect of tilt angle,the tilt angle decreased from 5.06 °to 2.26 °for boys and from 3.18 ° to 0.82 ° for girls,and from 8.24 mm for boys and3.50 mm for girls from 18.19 mm to 3.50 mm for girls,and for boys and girls,respectively,the tilt angle decreased from 5.06 ° to 2.26 ° for boys and from3.18 °to 0.82 °for girls.There was a significant difference between before and after(P < 0.01).On the contrary,the index value of the control group students increased significantly,and there was significant difference in the tilt difference of the pelvis roll of the boys in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The tilt angle and tilt difference of pelvis forward tilt decreased significantly in the experimental group,and there was significant difference in the experimental group boys(P < 0.01).The tilt angle decreased from 23.13 ° to 16.61 °,respectively.The tilt difference decreased from 69.26 mm to 45.51 mm.However,there was no significant difference in female students.The tilt degree of the students in the control group was aggravated,and there was significant difference in the boys in the control group,but there was no significant difference in the girls(P>0.05).(3)The degree of long and short leg problems in the experimental group decreased significantly,and there was a significant difference in the changes of male students.The average tilt difference of the length and length of lower extremities decreased from 15.98 mm to 8.54 mm before the experiment.The tilt difference of the students in the control group increased significantly,and there was a significant difference in the male students in the control group(P < 0.05).(4)In the experimental group,the two indexes of high and low shoulders decreased significantly,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).In the control group,the tilt angle and tilt difference of scapula increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the tilt angle increased significantly(P < 0.05).(5)After intervention,the students in the experimental group improved their scores of flexion in sitting position,and there was a significant difference between before and after intervention.The change of male students from-0.48 cm to 4.6cm,while that of experimental group girls increased from 4.8cm to 8.56 cm.In the control group,the scores of sitting flexion decreased slightly,and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The incidence of abnormal body posture of pelvis tilt is higher in primary school students,and the problems of pelvic forward tilt and pelvis roll are more common.The intervention scheme of correcting primary school students' pelvic tilt movement can effectively improve this problem through scientific development and application.2.10 weeks of exercise intervention program can reduce the degree of pelvis roll,which is also helpful to the improvement of pelvic forward tilt.It has a good effect on the correction and prevention of pelvic tilt.3.In the experimental group,the pupils in the experimental group also improved the overall score of,BodyStyle(Model.S-8.0)on the abnormal body posture such as high and low shoulders and long and short legs.Low,and physical flexibility has also been improved.
