Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,the severe employment situation of college students makes them feel pressure.To some extent,improving the career decision-making self-efficacy of contemporary college students is of great significance to alleviate the heavy employment pressure of college students.Going into the world and leaving the world are two different ways of dealing with the world in Chinese traditional culture,which affect the employment pressure perceived by college students.In this study,450 college students were randomly selected as research subjects in Nanchang and Yichun regions.By the method of questionnaires to collect information,the college Students’ career decision-making self-efficacy,going into the world and leaving the world and employment pressure are described the result of analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and mediation effect analysis.The survey explored the relationships among career decision-making self-efficacy,going into the world and leaving the world and employment pressure.This paper discussed the mediating role of going into the world and leaving the world in the process of career decision-making self-efficacy on employment pressure.In addition,a set of career group guidance program was designed to conduct intervention experiments on freshmen.And the effect of the program is tested.Fore-and-aft experimental design was adopted in this research.There were 20 members in the experimental group and 20 in the control group.Group career guidance was held once a week for 7 weeks.It lasted 90 minutes at a time.The results showed that:(1)At present,college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy is at a relatively low level,and the psychology of going into the world is stronger than that of leaving the world.Employment pressure is at a medium upper level.(2)College Students’ career decision-making self-efficacy,the psychology of going into the world and leaving the world and employment pressure are significantly different in some demographic variables(3)There is an obvious relationship between College Students’ career decision-making self-efficacy and employment pressure,which shows that they are negatively correlated.(4)There is a very significant negative correlation between struggling spirit factor in the psychology of going into the world and employment pressure.And there is a very significant positive correlation between goal attachment factor and the employment pressure.There is a very significant negative correlation between the usual mentality in the psychology of leaving the world and the employment pressure,and the low standard has a significant positive correlation with the employment pressure.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between struggling spirit in the psychology of going into the world and career decision-making self-efficacy with its all factors.The low standard in the psychology of leaving the world shows a very significant negative correlation with career decision-making self-efficacy and its all factors.(6)The employment pressure is the dependent variable,career decision-making self-efficacy is the independent variable,and the struggling spirit in the psychology of going into the world is the mediator variable.The struggling spirit plays a partial mediating effect between career decision-making self-efficacy and employment pressure.The total effect of mediating effect is 53%.(7)After career group guidance,the members’ scores of the experimental group were significantly improved in career decision-making self-efficacy and its all dimensions.It can be concluded that career group guidance is effective for improving college students’ self-efficacy in career decision-making.The career guidance program designed in the study is a feasible implementation plan for career guidance of college students.This study explores the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy,going into the world and leaving the world and employment pressure.On the one hand,it can provide a reference basis for relevant research,on the other hand,a set of career guidance programs designed through the research conclusions can also help to improve college students’ career decision-making self-efficacy.It is of guiding significance for college students to choose jobs after graduation and integrate into society.
