Career decision-making self-efficacy is a concept drawn from Bandura's self-efficacy theory. Career decision-making self-efficacy plays an important role in an individual's career development. On the first hand, it has an effect on an individual's career options, he or she who has a higher level of career decision-making self-efficacy will have an more wide range of career options; on the second hand, an individual will explore the career world more actively if his or her career decision-making self-efficacy is on a higher level.Career decision-making self-efficacy can be measured and improved effectively. However, there is not enough research has been focused in this area in the mainland in China. Although much research has been done abroad, the conclusion may be not suitable for the Chinese owing to the culture differences. We must do something to make sure that whether some inventions for improving the career decision-making self-efficacy in western countries can also be used to the Chinese graduates. And research in this area will enhance the theory foundation and also provide some directions for the career counseling in the college in our country.Based on previous literature, questionnaire survey, education experiment method. this research is conducted to examine whether the group training based on Bandura's self-efficacy theory, Crites's career development theory and attribution retraining theory, etc. would enhance the graduate's career decision-making self-efficacy.
