Improving the quality of regular schooling is one of the core tasks of the reform and development of special education in China,and it is also an important basis for the sound development of special education in the future.Teachers are the concrete executors and implementers of the work of regular schooling,and they are the key persons to carry out the work of regular schooling efficiently.As a qualitative research,this study mainly uses the combination of case study and narrative study to reveal the problems in the implementation of regular schooling from the perspective of teachers.This paper mainly elaborates the psychological process of three regular teachers in H city,northern Anhui Province,who teacher special children,and interviews with several other regular teachers to verify their experience and feelings,reveals the current situation of the professional development of regular teachers and the social support they are eager to get in the process of implementing the pressure they are facing in the process of studying in regular classes,and puts forward effective support and guarantee measures in accordance with the research conclusions.The main problems found in this study are as follows: firstly,special children's entry into ordinary classes brings great challenges to the teaching and management of ordinary teachers,and teachers in regular classes can't make appropriate education for special children,and their sense of professional efficacy is insufficient;secondly,teachers in regular classes have one-sided understanding of special children,negative attitudes towards teaching special children and serious sense of job burnout;thirdly,The implementation of the relevant policy of regular schooling in the city is not effective.Teachers in regular classes are facing enormous pressures such as heavy workload,single assessment mechanism,parents' incomprehension and low job satisfaction.Relying on the depth analysis of relevant theories,the reasons for theabove problems are as follows: 1.The lack of integration education literacy of teachers in regular classes,the lack of teaching special children's educational wit,and the lack of correct understanding of special children's regular classes;2.The lack of a pluralistic and inclusive cultural soil in ordinary schools,the absence of a good atmosphere for regular classes,and the absence of special children and parents of ordinary children.Third,the weak support system for regular schooling weakens the enthusiasm of regular schooling teachers.This paper tries to give the following suggestions to help the healthy development of regular schooling: first,to strengthen the training of special education skills of regular schooling teachers and improve their professional quality;second,to create a supportive environment,to carry out life education,to cultivate the social and cultural soil of integrated education;and to strengthen the implementation of the policy of regular schooling to ensure the quality of education fairness.
