Taekwondo has been promoted and popularized very fast all over the world.It has become a fashionable sport that has taken the world by storm.China has officially introduced Taekwondo as a sport from the 1990 s and has achieved good results in world competition,So that the number of taekwondo lovers and taekwondo halls continues to increase.However,with the increasing number of Taekwondo halls in various regions,the teaching level and teaching ability of each hall are also different,which has led to the lack of certain guarantee for the quality of teaching received by students.How to improve the teaching quality of Volkswagen Taekwondo,better optimize the teaching curriculum,and build a complete Volkswagen Taekwondo teaching system has become a problem facing Taekwondo trainers.Therefore,this article uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method to conduct field surveys of 8 more well-known public Taekwondo halls in Harbin.Pay attention to the basic current situation,teachers and students structure of the 8 Taekwondo halls The problems of course setting and optimization are analyzed,and the main factors affecting the development of Harbin's popular Taekwondo course are summarized.The feasible suggestions are raised for improving the development level of Harbin's popular Taekwondo course and the development of popular Taekwondo course.Through the survey,the following main research conclusions are drawn: 1.The basic situation of the coaches surveyed is generally good.The coaches are not optimistic about the syllabus and lesson plan preparation in the teaching.",Do not pay attention to the theory",and the use of teaching methods is relatively single,while the use of modern teaching methods is poor,and the teaching assessment content and assessment frequency arrangements are reasonable,but the organization of the frequency of the competition is too small.2.In terms of self-evaluation of coaches,coaches expressed satisfaction with the overall situation of teaching content arrangements,but there were some differences in the use of teaching methods.Some coaches said that multimedia equipment should be added.In terms of teaching assessment content and assessment frequency,a relatively satisfactory identification was presented.Most coaches do not agree with the attitude of participating in the competition,but are satisfied with the current frequency of participation in the competition.3.The trainees as a whole are mainly elementary and junior high school students,of which the male trainees account for the majority,and the male to female ratio is 7: 3.The vast majority of students like Taekwondo,their motivation for learning is to strengthen their physique and learning skills;a small number of students have a vague love of Taekwondo,and their motivation for learning is not clear.4.Most of the trainees are satisfied with the content of the course,but said that the courses of Taekwondo rules,refereeing and related theoretical courses are too few.At the same time,they agreed with the teaching methods,but a few students said that they lacked the time for self-study and discussion learning during the practice.The overall satisfaction level in teaching assessment content and assessment frequency is high.However,most of the students expressed dissatisfaction with the organization of the teaching competition.Based on the above survey conclusions,and put forward optimization suggestions: First,to revise the curriculum outline and curriculum standards for students of different ages,at the same time,we should also take the Taekwondo teaching plan seriously.Add Taekwondo theory courses and cultural courses,especially rules and refereeing courses.Second,we should make full use of multimedia teaching equipment and related supporting facilities,because multimedia teaching can form a beneficial promotion effect for Taekwondo teaching,not only making up for the comprehensive use of tactics,techniques and techniques and tactics in actual combat conditions,but also Provides more objective,detailed and informative teaching resources.3.Each Taekwondo Gymnasium will hold some small-scale teaching competitions inside and add some prizes to encourage the students with better performance.At the same time,each Taekwondo Hall can also jointly organize teaching exchange competitions between the halls.While teaching exchanges,they can also learn from each other's Taekwondo hall operation strategies,thereby achieving two goals.
