The ideological and political associations in colleges and universities are based on Marxism,Mao Zedong Thought,Deng Xiaoping Theory,the important thinking of the "Three Represents",the scientific development concept,and Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.They study and study relevant theoretical knowledge and conduct extensive research.All kinds of ideological and political education activities,while focusing on the combination of theory and practice,aim to improve the students’ ideological and political consciousness,theoretical level and practical ability of contemporary college students.Ideological and political associations have played a vital role in enriching the second classroom of colleges and universities,mobilizing the enthusiasm of students to study ideological and political theory,and making up for the inadequacy of traditional classroom teaching.In recent years,the ideological and political associations of colleges and universities have developed steadily,showing the characteristics of an increase in the number of associations,the continuous expansion of scale,and the gradual improvement of organizational structure.However,college ideological and political associations have encountered many problems in the development process,especially with the popularization of new media,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to college ideological and political associations.In order to better understand the development status and existing problems of ideological and political associations in colleges and universities under the new media environment,we use the literature data method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to access the literature and visit more than ten universities in Beijing.Research,issue questionnaires,interview relevant community managementpersonnel,and draw the following conclusions: New media has a positive impact on college ideological and political associations: New media allows college ideological and political associations to achieve resource sharing and accelerate the speeding up of community work methods It promoted the exchanges between members of the association and the associations,promoted the openness of the association,and was popular among all kinds of online activities.At the same time,the new media also has a negative impact on college ideological and political associations: the traditional forms of offline activities are less attractive;fragmented information leads to superficial learning,affecting educational outcomes;various wrong thoughts,rumors,and bad information in the new media environment Influence the development of the community.In view of the various influences of new media on the development of ideological and political associations in colleges and universities,the following countermeasures are proposed: in the form of community activities,innovative forms of ideological and political associations in colleges and universities,we must make full use of the advantages of new media means and promote ideological and political associations.The effect of activities,combined with online and offline activities,complement each other and form the synergy of ideological and political education;the content of community learning,strengthen the supervision and guidance of the learning content of the community,give full play to the guiding role of teachers,and standardize the access to learning resources;In terms of community learning environment,we will strengthen the supervision of new media in the community,improve the network literacy of members of the community,and promptly issue the voice of justice in the face of all kinds of bad information on the network,and purify the new media environment for the development of ideological and political associations.
