The three-level curriculum management system proposed by the state provides the opportunity for the development of school specialization and the individualized development of students.Anxi County of Fujian Province is famous for tea,where produced the Anxi-Tieguanyin well-known all over the world,and accumulated a complete set of the unique folk customs.The children living in Anxi are growing up in the tea culture,and developing the tea culture school curriculum in primary school,which is close to the students' life and inheriting the local culture.In 2014,X primary school in Anxi officially opened the school curriculum of tea culture,and the tea culture course of the X primary school has achieved certain results through classroom teaching and participation in related tea culture activities.This paper studies the development and implementation of the tea culture school-based curriculum of X primary school in Anxi by searching the literature and using the research methods of interviews and questionnaires to objectively present the development of school-based curriculum management system,the school-based curriculum development of tea culture's support system,course content,implementation and evaluation,etc.,and describ the results and problems of the school-based curriculum development of tea culture,then base on the analysis of its causes,proposes the improvement suggestion of school-based curriculum development of tea culture,which aims to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of tea culture school-based curriculum.
