In 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)announced that the Comprehensive Two-Child Policy(CTCP),it was not only marks that our country ends the One-Child Policy(OCP)after 35 years,also for the beginning of the Post-Family Planning Policy(PFPP).On the one hand,the Comprehensive Two-Child Policy broke the qualitative thinking of the traditional birth planning policies,therefore people could have a relatively free choice in the child quantity.On the other hand,as the increase in female education and the rise of labor force participation rate and the average age at first marriage,those are became new problems toward career women.This thesis focused on Taizhou city,Jiangsu province,which is one of the pioneering cities in the era of Post-Family Planning Policy(also one of the 12 pilot cities of the policy of the combination of birth insurance and basic medical insurance.)Both of the method interview and questionnaire are commonly used in this analysis for the career women in the Party and the government offices,the public institution,the state-owned(SOE)and the collective-owned enterprises(COE),the foreign-funded and the Sino-foreign equity joint venture in Taizhou city as respondents.Also used the bivariate logistic regression analyzed the maternity insurance participation,the level of income,the types of employment,the opinions of both parents,the subjective will of career women,and the influence of the policy of the combination of birth insurance and basic medical insurance for the two-child fertility intentions of career women.This analysis revealed several results which are shown below:?.An investigation on the current situation of the fertility intentions of the regional career women.For the ideal amount of kids,the ideal amount of kids on 1 at31.3%of the total number,and the ideal amount of kids on 2 at67.7%of the total number,and the ideal amount of kids on 3 atl%of the total number.Therefore the ideal amount of kids would be 2 which is the majority choice of career women,and the ideal amount of kids on 3 which only for a few number of the career women.For the ideal gender of kids,on 1 kid girl at25.3%of the total number,and on 1 kid boy at0.7%of the total number,on 1 kid boy with 1 kid girl at57.7%of the total number,and the ideal amount of kids on 3 which only for a few number of career women,and no matter what gender at 27.6%of the total number.Therefore,regional career women like kid girls more than kid boys,the ideal gender of kids would be 1 kid boy with 1 kid girl which is the ideal choice of career women.For the ideal age range of kids,ages 0-2 at7.0%of the total number,and ages 3-4 at68.8%of the total number,ages 5-6 at21.7%of the total number,and elder than 6 at 3.3%of the total number.Therefore,the ideal age range of kids,ages 3-4,which is the majority choice of career women.?.An investigation on the influencing factors of the fertility intentions for the two-child fertility intentions of the regional career women.The maternity insurance participationhas direct positive effects on the two-child fertility intention of career women.Thelevel of incomehas direct positive effects on the two-child fertility intentions of career women.The types of employmenthave direct positive effects on the two-child fertility intentions of career women.The opinions of both parentshave direct positive effects on the two-child fertility intentions of career women.The subjective will of career womenhave direct positive effects on the two-child fertility intentions of career women.The implementation of the policy of the combination of the birth insurance and the basic medical insurance for the two-child fertility intentions of career women,which have negative effects on the two-child fertility intentions of career women.Therefore this thesis discussed several proposals as shown below:First,increasing the coverage of the maternity insurance participation,and safeguarding career women's rights to childbearing in according to the law,Second,take advantage of the tax concessions,to keep passion for the two-child fertility intentions of the career women.Third,improving the birth policy,and try-out the "Birth-Rise"flexible managements.Fourth,taking the linkage of"family-community",cooperating the kindergarten of 0-3 ages children.Fifth,launching the mood-brightening effect of children,and reducing the costs of the two-child fertility intentions by various measures.Sixth,spreading the channels of policy communication,and raising awareness ofthe combination of birth insurance and basic medical insurance for the career women.
