Young adult labor from the countryside step out into the cities in search of work opportunities, to improved family economic situation and achieved self-development, practice has proved that migrant workers make a contribution to improving domestic economic conditions, but due to urban-rural dual system and life cost of reasons, they have to single-handedly broke into the city, cannot bring family members in city to live, then home in the must has a labor left home in the take up care family and agricultural production of responsibility, No choice,left-women must take on this responsibility.Left-behind women became the only labor in their family, left-behind women beared great pressure from support the elderly、educate the children、agricultural production、domestic work, has produced a series of survival plight, these survival plight has a great harm on women’s physical and mental health, have a serious impact on the quality of life for families and family atmosphere. so, author has selected the research subject named “linkage of community, social organization and social workers” intervene to the survival plight of rural left-behind women,with the purpose of to find the effective solution about survival plight of rural left-behind women.Z village, Yongji, Shanxi province based on the research of left-behind women, Learned from the investigation,left-behind women has been experienced varying degrees of difficulty in the family structure and marital ralations, children’s education and support the elderly, agricultural production and household decision-making, leisure life and self-development of the four aspects, These influence factors of the survival plight main features: uneven allocation of resource, slow economic growth, bonds of traditional concept and the low quality culture level. After analyzing the reasons of these problems,the author from personal level, social level, family level assessed the needs of left-behind women,believes that the community must work together to resolve the rural left behind women’s survival plight. Based on “linkage of communities, social organizations, social workers” the plight of rural left behind women by way of intervention and assistance, social worker intervene by way of case work, social organizations and community get involved in the common problems of the left-behind women’s survival plight, through the intervention of the survival plight of left-women to help them solve their problems.
