Education as an important boost power of social development,has been concerned about the state and society,education itself is also under continuous reform to adapt to the current rapid development of society,to provide more excellent high-quality comprehensive talents.The term"education" consists of two elements,a student,the student at the center of the identity of recipients of education,but also the object of education,and the other one is the teacher,the teacher as a knowledge transfer and media occupies in education an important position,the current gap between urban and rural education so that people have to think,this flood of rural education in the era of how to handle the future development of rural teachers how to turn whereabouts.In this paper,the integrated use of literature,questionnaire,depth interview and Delphi method as a basic research methods,will discuss the survival status of teachers in rural areas and future development of sociology,psychology,two angle depth,County of Shaanxi Province town 2 the boarding schools merger of nine-year secondary schools 120 teachers were investigated for two school teachers and students in individual depth interviews,from the basic situation of teachers,material and spiritual aspects of rural life teachers living conditions issue,based on the analysis of the feasibility of policy reasons,want to improve the teaching quality of teachers in rural areas and the overall quality of rural education to provide a theoretical and practical help.
