Objective: In the early studies of exercise to promote human health,people’s research focused on physical health,especially Kenneth Cooper’s "aerobics" concept,which made people realize that exercise can promote good health.The indicators are mainly reflected in physical fitness indicators or physical fitness indicators.Reasonable exercise can promote the improvement of the health level and will definitely improve the physical fitness of the athletes.However,the influence of the different methods of exercise on the physical quality is also different,that is,the speciality of the so-called sports influence.In 2008,the publication of Professor John Reddy’s book "Sports to Transform the Brain" made people realize that exercise can be fitness and brain.Since then people have begun to focus on the impact of exercise on brain function.This study assessed the changes in physical fitness and cognitive function parameters of college students before and after exercise intervention in a period of time,and evaluated the correlation between the two.To explore the correlation between different physical quality indicators and different cognitive function parameters,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the targeted formulation of fitness and brain exercises.Methods: Sixty male volunteers from Shandong Normal University were randomly selected and divided into control group,running group and strength group.The total number of participants was 26,including 8 in the control group and 11 in the control group.7 people and strength groups.Longitudinal tracking,single-blind,controlled experimental design,running time and strength group exercise time of 6 weeks,both sports started with a 5-minute warm-up exercise,and at the end of the 5 minutes of relaxation,including stretching and some balance motion.The running group performs moderate-intensity running three times a week for 30 minutes.Referring to relevant researches in China,the medium-intensity exercise load of college students is set to60%-69% of the maximum heart rate of the individual,of which the maximum heart rate Obtained by the formula HR max=220-age,the heart rate of the subject during exercise is detected and prompted by the Polar table.The strength team performs medium-strength strength exercises three times a week,30 minutes each,including resistance exercises for major muscle groups(such as flat support).Its strength training exercise load follows the guidelines of the American College of Sports Medicine.The control group did not carry out any form of specialized sports and lived and studied according to the original work schedule.The changes of parameters within and between groups were observed before and after the six-week exercise.Results: Through a comparative analysis of changes in physical fitness indicators during the six-week period,no height changes during the six-week training period,regardless of the running group,the strength group,or the control group.In the weight index,only the running group changed,and it gradually decreased.The specific performance was P(medium-pretest)=0.03,P(post-test-pretest)=0.02.In the BMI index running group,the performance was gradually reduced,the specific performance was P(medium-pretest)= 0.01,P(post-test-pre-test)= 0.02,and the same change occurred in the control group.In terms of diastolic blood pressure index,the running group gradually decreased,and the specific performance was P(medium test-pretest)= 0.01,P(post test-pretest)= 0.01.In the selection reaction,the index running group gradually decreased,and the specific performance was P(medium-pretest)= 0.01,P(post-test-pre-test)= 0.02,and the same change occurred in the control group.In the closed-eye and one-legged standing index,the running group and the strength group were gradually prolonged.The specific performance of the running group was P(medium-pre-test)=0.02,P(post-test-pretest)=0.10,and the strength group was P.(post-test-pre-test)= 0.03.In terms of push-ups,the running group and the strength group gradually increased.The specific performance of the running group was P(medium-pre-test)= 0.02,P(post-test-pre-test)= 0.01,and the power group showed P(post-test-Pretest)= 0.02.In the running group and the strength group of the body fat index,the running group showed P(medium-pretest)= comparative analysis of ERP P300 index changes during the six-week period.Compared with the pre-test,the latency of the F300 point P300 in the running group was significantly shortened,and the specific performance was P(post-test-pretest)=0.03.Compared with the pre-test,the C300 P300 latency of the running group was significantly shorter than that of the previous test.The specific performance was P(post-test-pretest)=0.03.During the six-week period,the P300 P300 latency index changes were compared.Compared with the previous test,the P300 latency of the running group was significantly shortened,and the specific performance was P(post-test-pretest)=0.00.During the six-week period,the F300 point P300 amplitude index changes are compared.Compared with the previous measurement,the power group Cz point P300 amplitude is significantly increased,and the specific performance is P(medium-pre-test)= 0.02.Compared with the previous test,the P300 reaction time of the running group was significantly shortened compared with the previous test.The specific performance was P(post-test-pretest)=0.00.Correlation analysis between post-test and pre-measurement differences between physical fitness index and cognitive function index in the running group during the six-week period.During the six-week training period,the difference between the post-test and pre-test scores of the running group’s cognitive ability index and the physical quality index were measured.There are significant correlations between the difference between the pre-test and the pre-test: the Stroop response index and the selection reaction index are positively correlated.There is a negative correlation between the Stroop correct rate indicator and the selection response time indicator.There is a negative correlation between the latency of P300 and the flexibility of Cz point.There is a positive correlation between the amplitude of C300 point P300 and systolic pressure.There is a positive correlation between Cz P300 amplitude and vital capacity.There is a positive correlation between the F300 point P300 amplitude and the closed eye and one foot standing.There was a negative correlation between P300 reaction and closed eyes and one foot standing.There is a positive correlation between the correct rate of P300 and the choice of reaction.There is a negative correlation between the correct rate of P300 and vertical jump.Correlation analysis between the post-test and pre-measurement differences between the physical fitness index and the cognitive function index during the six-week period of the strength group.During the six-week exercise period,the Stroop correct rate of the strength training group was negatively correlated with the push-ups.There is a positive correlation between the correct rate of Stroop and vertical jump.There is a positive correlation between the latency of P300 and the selection reaction.There was a negative correlation between the P300 latency and diastolic blood pressure at Pz point.There is a positive correlation between the amplitude of the F300 point P300 and the step index.There is a positive correlation between P300 correct rate and vital capacity.Conclusion:(1)The impact of six-week running and strength exercises on physical fitness shows a certain commonality or universality(both can improve the choice of response,improve balance ability(closed eyes and one foot standing),strength endurance(push-ups)),lowering body fat and body fat rate);also showing a certain degree of speciality or selectivity(running is effective in reducing body weight,lowering blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure),and strength exercises significantly affect body mass index(BMI).(2)The influence of running and strength exercises on cognitive function indicators not only shows the sameness of influence,ie universality(shortening in Stroop test response),but also shows the speciality of influence,ie selectivity(such as running performance mainly P300)The reaction time and latency are shortened;the strength exercise is mainly characterized by an increase in P300 amplitude.)(3)Whether it is strength training or running,the changes in cognitive function indicators and physical quality indicators are closely related to the physical quality indicators when there is a selective response,vital capacity,vertical jump and step test,push-ups,sitting body flexion,closed eyes,one foot standing,blood pressure(systolic pressure,diastolic).
