This paper takes the minority girls in the "Yao Zhuang girls' class" in Shangsi County,Guangxi as the research object,and tries to explore the educational achievements and characteristics of the girls' class,which is the mode of promoting educational equity.I hope to analyze the growth process of minority girls from the perspective of educational anthropology and grasp the social benefits and limitations brought about by the girls' class model.The main body of the paper is mainly from the "Yao Zhuang girls class" the establishment,management,teachers,"Yao Zhuang girls class" girls' study life,follow-up studies,employment and other aspects of systematic analysis and exposition.The first chapter is a comprehensive review of the theoretical background of educational anthropology and the educational literature of girls of ethnic minorities in China,especially in Guangxi.The second chapter mainly presents the basic situation of the ethnic areas in Shangsi County,Guangxi,and the development process of school education,including the natural environment,historical evolution,ethnic composition and folk culture,the development and changes of school education and ethnic education after the founding of the Republic of China and the founding of New China,especially the situation of girls' education.The third chapter enters the analysis of the attempt to improve girls' education in Shangsi County,Guangxi,and adopts the way of interview and observation to understand the situation of "Yao Zhuang girls" class.The fourth chapter presents the life and learning situation of girls around the three characteristics of "Yao Zhuang girls' class".The fifth chapter,from the perspective of "Yao Zhuang girls' class" girls' academic achievement,further study and employment,etc.,tracks and analyzes the destination of girls' graduation.The sixth chapter makes a theoretical evaluation on the educational model and experience of "Yao Zhuang girls' class",and thinks that the education model of Yao Zhuang girls' class is a temporary local choice strategy under the condition of unbalanced educational resources,and from the perspective of gender,Yao Zhuang girls' self-identity and national identity think about the education model of "Yao Zhuang girls' class".Finally,reflect on the limitations of this study.The "Yao Zhuang girls' class" in Shangsi County,Guangxi has been running a school for more than ten years,which has greatly improved the relatively backward educational appearance of minority girls,especially Yao girls,and promoted the development of school education in Shangsi County.However,this kind of girl class school assistance mechanism is a kind of local choice strategy under the condition of unbalanced educational resources,in fact,it is a kind of short-term local coping mechanism and helpless action,when the conditions are ripe,this kind of single national all-girl class must withdraw from the stage of history.From the perspective of gender,this kind of girls' class education model puts Yao Zhuang girls in a kind of gender-distorted learning and growth environment "closed space",which is not conducive to their healthy growth.At the same time,due to the transformation of the environment,entering the "Yao Zhuang girls' class" in the multi-ethnic living environment will have a certain degree of strengthening influence on their self-identity and national identity.
