"Thinking Development and Promotion" is one of the four core qualities of Chinese put forward in the Chinese curriculum standard of senior high school in 2017.It is also a clear,specific and systematic curriculum goal put forward by Chinese teaching after years of silence.This has aroused widespread concern among scholars.How to effectively develop students' thinking ability in Chinese teaching has become a hot topic in current academic research.Cultivating a new generation of people with innovative spirit and practical ability is an important subject for accelerating the construction of an innovative country in contemporary China's education.The cultivation of imagination is the key to the development of children's innovative thinking.Based on the topic of "cultivating imagination",this paper uses the theory of psychology about imagination to analyze the curriculum resources of cultivating imagination in Chinese curriculum,and puts forward some relevant assumptions of cultivating students' imagination in Chinese curriculum.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the introduction introduces the origin,research status,research significance and research methods.In the first chapter,the importance of imagination training is analyzed.It is pointed out that imagination training is the need of the development of the times,the need of individual development and the need of the present situation of education.The second chapter begins to enter the main part of the article,and discusses the nature,process and types of imagination from the psychological point of view of imagination cultivation.Psychology holds that imagination is a process of creating new images based on existing images.As a process of generation,imagination has such thinking modes as exaggeration,association,typification,etc.According to the different types of new images,imagination can be divided into re-imagining,creating imagination and fantasy.In the third chapter,we discuss the Chinese curriculum resources for the cultivation of imagination.According to the psychological understanding of imagination,we believe that there are abundant resources for the cultivation of imagination in Chinese teaching.Mythological stories are the product of human imagination.Typical images are the result ofwriters' reinvention of imagination.Artistic skills are the reflection of the way of thinking that writers use imagination to present in the text.Finally,according to the above understanding of imagination and Chinese curriculum,and aiming at the problem of cultivating imagination in Chinese curriculum,the author puts forward the idea of Chinese curriculum for cultivating imagination,which provides directional suggestions for the implementation of imagination in Chinese teaching.
