Research On The Application Of Goal-setting Teaching Method In Badminton Teaching

The goal setting theory is a set of social psychology theories put forward by Nichols,Locke,Hughes and others,which holds that "the goal of science can motivate people to carry out social activities such as learning,and can turn people's needs into motives".With the development of goal setting theory and the deepening of education reform and new curriculum teaching reform in China,it has also promoted the change of physical education teaching methods in colleges and universities in China.In the course of teaching,teachers begin to pay attention to the formulation of reasonable teaching goals and plans,and take into account the characteristics of students themselves and the differences between students ' personality,but also pay attention to meet the learning needs of students at different levels,guide students to form a correct sense of physical education,and guide students to solve various problems encountered in the process of physical education.In order to realize the teaching goal better,many college physical education teachers in our country have joined the teaching reform process to explore the new innovation and development in the process of sports theory teaching,physical education practice teaching and Physical education teaching mode,and to promote the continuous improvement of the effect and quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities in China.Based on this background,this study explores and analyzes it by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment,logic analysis and so on,and takes the goal setting method as the research object in the application of badminton teaching for students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities.80 students from the 2017 class wushu of Zhengzhou University Institute of Physical Education and the badminton PU course of national traditional sports majors were the subjects of the experiment.Through the strict control of many influencing factors in the teaching experiment,this paper tries to explore the effect and influence of the goal setting teaching method on the teaching effect.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research and analysis,the conclusions of the study are as follows:First,through theoretical analysis and experimental research,it is shown that the application of goal setting teaching method in badminton teaching in colleges and universities can improve students ' technical achievement and skill level of badminton,and encourage students to take the initiative to participate in teaching activities by setting clear teaching objectives and targeted teaching,so as to help all students to achieve their best results.Second,the goal setting teaching method in the theoretical knowledge teaching is better than the traditional teaching methods,the goal setting teaching method will be more comprehensive and profound teaching of badminton technical knowledge to students,promoting the development and improvement of students ' theoretical knowledge level,sports technology and physical quality.Third,the goal of setting up the method of teaching on the students ' learning attitude has an active positive impact,mobilizes students ' learning initiative and consciousness,enhances students ' interest in learning,inspires students ' learning motivation and attitude,enhances students ' participation in the whole teaching process,and promotes students ' interpersonal coordination ability and innovation ability training.Fourth.goal Setting teaching method by setting goals and carrying out teaching feedback,improving students ' sports ability and physique,so that students can form a correct understanding of sports activities,students to play more of their own subjective initiative to participate in the classroom,so that the classroom teaching effect and teaching quality significantly improved,to promote the overall and coordinated development of teaching.
