Objective:This study we recruitment junior badminton athletes in shanghai sports school,and give them a goal setting and feedback intervention.And then exploring the specific effects of reasonable goal setting and feedback information on junior badminton athletes' special constitution and movement self-confidence.Methods:The subjects were divided into the goal setting(n=13)and the control group(n=11).Among them,the experimental group was given 9 months of intervention,for the experimental group of athletes,set each goal to enhance 20% in 9 months as a long-term goal,each month to enhance the goal of about 2.5% as a short-term goal.Subjects in the control group did not engage in any intervention and feedback,keep the original training mode unchanged.Every monday to friday,2~4 research members went to the Badminton Gymnasium of shanghai sports school to observe and record the performance of the two groups' athletes.At the same time,the feedback on the specific performance of the goal setting group was given every 2 weeks.In the process of goal setting intervention,the subjects were asked to test the specific physical fitness and complete the questionnaire about the self-confidence of the exercise.Results:(1)In the special physical indicators,goal setting instructional intervention with before intervention,the goal setting group grip strength,badminton throwing distance,standing long jump,vertical jump had improved significantly(p<0.05),no difference in control group(p>0.05).The experimental group 5 straight back and forth run,5 left and right side run,the 10 low center of gravity run had a significant improvement(p<0.05),although the control group also improved,but did not achieve significant differences(p>0.05).In the Single swing rope skipping and double swing rope skipping,after intervention the experimental group was significantly better than before intervention(p<0.05),but no significant difference between the control group(p> 0.05).After the intervention,there was no significant difference in select the reaction time and seat body flexionbetween in the two groups before and after the intervention(p>0.05).(2)Movement self-confidence,Sport trait confidence there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the experiment(p> 0.05),but the goal group had a significant improvement in the source of self-confidence in technical perception,physiology preparation,self-presentation,alternative experience,and coaching guide dimension(p<0.05),although the control group also improved,but did not constitute a significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:Although the goal setting is not significant for the general physical indexes such as flexibility,selection reaction time and so on,but it can effectively improve junior badminton athletes strength,endurance,speed of the special physical indicators.After 9 months of goal setting intervention,the promotion effect of junior badminton athletes' self-confidence is not significant,but it has a significant effect onthe self-confidence source.Goal setting combined with feedback information for the individual's performance level has a good effect of promoting.
