| School physical education is an important part of school education and plays an important role in the whole process of education.It is of great significance to cultivate socialist builders with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,improve and improve the physical fitness of primary and middle school students,and build a strong sports country.The outline of the "healthy China 2030" plan calls for "the implementation of a program to promote youth sports activities,the cultivation of young people’s sports interests,and the realization of young people’s proficiency in more than one sports skill".Several opinions on further strengthening physical education work in schools pointed out: "to ensure students’ physical education curriculum and after-school activity time,improve the school physical education network that closely combines school,family and society.The opinions of the general office of the state council on strengthening physical education in schools to promote the overall development of students’ physical and mental health pointed out that "" it is necessary to keep cultivating interests and improving skills.With the guidance of interest,pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and happy participation,pay attention to the training of sports skills,gradually improve the level of sports,and lay the foundation for students to develop lifelong physical exercise habits.In the early stage of this paper,through a questionnaire survey of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,the "focus problems" existing in the current school physical education development were screened out.A semi-structured interview was conducted with 15 first-line primary and secondary school physical education teachers for the selected "focus problems".After transcribes the recording data into text,the interview materials were analyzed in depth with Nvivo11.0 qualitative analysis software,so as to summarize the root causes of "focus problems" from the perspective of physical education teachers and their optimization strategies.The research conclusions are as follows:First,the current focus problems in the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools are: the continuous decline of the physical health level of primary and secondary school students,the content of school physical education teaching,the fair treatment of school physical education,and the assessment of school physical education curriculum.Second,the root of the focus problems in the development of primary and secondary school sports.The reasons for the decline of students’ physical health include :(1)safety risks in sports activities;(2)schools attach importance to academic study;(3)parents’ over-protection;(4)students’ weak awareness of sports;(5)teachers’ shortage;(6)electronic products’ occupation of physical exercise time;and(7)students’ unhealthy diet.The problems of school physical education teaching content include casual teaching content and disconnection from curriculum standards,among which the root causes of casual teaching content are :(1)insufficient site equipment,(2)inattention of school leaders,(3)improper teaching attitude of teachers.The root causes of the problem are :(1)the school has no corresponding assessment standards;(2)the teachers lack professional ability;(3)the venues are insufficient.The unfair treatment of school physical education includes two aspects: unfair discipline and unfair teachers.The root causes of the unfair discipline are :(1)the background of exam-oriented education,(2)the school leaders don’t pay attention to physical education,(3)the head teachers don’t pay attention to physical education.The root causes of teacher unfairness are :(1)the background of examination-oriented education;(2)school leaders do not attach importance to physical education.School physical education curriculum evaluation problems include PE course learning without examination and physical education curriculum evaluation score low weight of two aspects,including the root of the PE course learning without test for:(1)the school leaders do not take the sports performance assessment,(2)the parents don’t care about children sports scores,(3)the sports teachers’ current content with lazy,(4)the teachers;The reasons for the low weight of physical education curriculum assessment scores are :(1)the school lacks perfect physical education curriculum assessment system;(2)the school leaders do not attach importance to physical education performance assessment;(3)the head teacher pays insufficient attention to physical education.Root integration of focal problems in the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools.By coding the interview text,the root causes of focus problems are integrated into the following five aspects:(1)the limitation of safety first;(2)the restriction of traditional concepts and educational environment;(3)the hard gap between teachers and sites;(4)the unfairness;(5)the formalization of teaching content and course assessment.Iv.Optimization strategies for the key issues in the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools :(1)strengthening sports risk management to ensure the safety and efficiency of physical education;(2)strengthen the supervision mechanism of school sports work and promote the development of school sports;(3)to strengthen the continuing education of physical education teachers and protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers;(4)make full use of the headteacher’s guiding role to control the quality of physical education teaching;(5)reform the school sports assessment system and highlight the new value of sports. |
