Psychological contract is the perceptions of both the staff and the organization on their mutual obligations. It's a psychological touch between the staff and the organization, and it's one of important factors impact on the attitude and behaviors of the staff.Many studies of the psychological contract have been put into practice overseas, and gained a lot of productions which have been used to guide amelioration of management of enterprises. With the development of the economical globalization, the content of the psychological contract have been changing constantly. So the research for the psychological contract have been changed more and more necessary.In this study, researcher constructed a questionnaire of psychological contract. Used this questionnaire to collect the data which was from secondary school and elementary school teachers. Then, we analyzed the content, structure of the school obligations in the teachers' psychological contract and the relationship between psychological contract violations, and the factors interrelated such as organizational citizenship behaviors and perceived organizational support. The aim of this study is to provide theory guidance for the reform of secondary and elementary school teachers management system.The conclusions were drawn as following:1. The content of the school obligations in the teachers' psychological contract includes 16 aspects such as : competitive salary;encouragement for the achievement;stabilization for the job;safe work environment;opportunity of progress and so on .2. The results of EFA and CFA shown that school obligation of the psychological contract of secondary and elementary school teachers can be separated into two dimensions: economical obligation and developmental obligation.3. According to the results of analysis of variation and analysis of regression, we found that psychological contract violations affects negatively their organizational citizenship behaviors and perceived organizational support.4. Perceived organizational support impect on psychological contract violation and it also can adjust the relationship between psychological contract violations and organizational citizenship behaviors5. Significant differences of psychological contract violations were found comparing the teachers with different school, different age, different work age and different education. However, there are no significant differences in the teachers' psychological contract violations with different professional level.The limitations of this study were discussed at the end of the dissertation, and point out the orientation of the research in psychological contract.
