This research is proposed on the basis of summarizing the research status of learning persistence,adult online learning and technology acceptance model at home and abroad.In the process of research,first of all,through previous literature research and interviews with learners,it is predicted that learning experience will affect learning persistence,and will affect learning persistence through learning motivation(learning experience is divided into platform environment experience and learning activity experience,learning motivation is divided into participation learning motivation and online learning motivation).Then,the author designs a research model on the influencing factors of adult online learning persistence on the basis of technology acceptance model,and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.In the empirical study,case study method was used to select adult online learners from Yunnan University as the subjects of the survey,and online and offline questionnaires were distributed.Pre-investigation was conducted before the formal questionnaire was issued.SPSS was used to analyze the reliability of the questionnaire and the exploratory factor analysis of the motivation scale.After adjusting the questionnaire according to the results of the analysis,the questionnaire was formally issued and the data were collected and sorted out.Next,the relevant data is tested in the AMOS for confirmatory factor analysis and model adaptation to verify the rationality of the model.Then,the T test,the ANOVA variance test,the correlation analysis,and the cross-column analysis are performed in the SPSS,and the product coefficient test,the Bootstrapping Prodclitn2 test are performed in AMOS to verify the hypothesis.Through the research,it is found that adult online learners' sense of platform environment experience,learning activity experience and learning persistence are positively correlated with learners' learning experience;learners' main motivation to participate in learning and factors of online learning motivation are different at different ages;learners'learning experience,learning motivation and learning persistence are not related to their gender and computer knowledge level;Platform environment experience will positively affect learning activity experience;learning platform environment will affect learning persistence through participation motivation and online learning motivation;learning activity experience will affect learning persistence partly through participation motivation and online learning motivation;online learning motivation is more obvious than the mediation effect of participation motivation.Finally,the relevant strategies and suggestions are put forward according to the conclusions.
