General secretary Xi mentioned in the 19 th Congress Report that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era through long-term efforts",which is an important symbol for the Chinese nation to usher in a great leap from standing up,becoming rich to becoming strong.While welcoming the arrival of a new era,China's economic structure,industrial structure,interest subjects and social organization are constantly changing,and people's ideas and lifestyles are becoming increasingly diversified.At the same time,various types of occupations are changing with each passing day,and many aspects such as people's professional values and professional thinking mode are also deeply affected by this change.Marx said in his high school graduation thesis "Young People's Considerations in Choosing Occupation" that "a person's professional values may give him" dignity and adversity ",but at the same time,it may also destroy a person's life,destroy his plan and make him fall into misfortune." Currently,the employment situation of college graduates is still grim and difficult to obtain employment.The low employment rate is still a thorny problem.One of the reasons is that college students do not have high recognition of vocational values education.For ideological and political educators in colleges and universities,it is a difficult and arduous task to guide college students to improve their recognition of the content of vocational values education and help them establish vocational values that not only conforms to the general trend and requirements of national economic development,but also highlights their own values.This paper analyzes the current status of college students' professional values education identity from the perspective of ideological and political education by usingthe questionnaire survey method.College students' cognition and identity to the contents of professional values education are generally at a low level.The main problems include: firstly,college students do not have a good understanding of the contents of professional values education and lack a clear grasp of them;Secondly,the degree of emotional identification with professional value educators is not high,and there is a lack of communication with educators in the learning process.Thirdly,there is a lack of clear recognition of the educational value of professional values.Finally,college students lack the ability to use the contents of vocational values education and the degree of practice is not high.College students are in a critical period of values formation and are easily affected by many factors,so it is necessary to find problems from many angles in problem analysis.In this paper,the author uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and multidisciplinary cross-disciplinary comprehensive research to summarize the research status at home and abroad,to make a clear definition of relevant concepts,and to sort out in detail the constituent factors and psychological formation mechanism of college students' professional values education from the perspective of ideological and political education.Based on the above research basis and combined with the existing problems,the causes of the problems are analyzed from the following aspects: identification subject,identification object,identification mediator,identification ring,etc.The ultimate goal of the paper is to solve the problem of countermeasures and methods.According to the relevant data of the questionnaire survey and interview content,the paper analyzes the cultivation path of college students' professional values education identity from four aspects: identity subject,identity object,identity mediator and identity environment.Internal factors promote the development of things,while external factors are important factors for the development of things.In identity education activities,improving the initiative of the educated is the foundation for enhancing the effectiveness of identity education activities,while enhancing the comprehensive quality of educators and deepening the content of vocational values education play a huge role in promoting identity education activities.Educational methods are the medium and bridge in educational activities.Optimizing educationalmethods of vocational values can effectively improve the attractiveness of educational contents and help the educated to better understand educational contents.The educational environment is a complex whole,which plays an accelerating and delaying role in identifying the actual effect of educational activities,a positive educational environment plays a promoting role in educational activities,and a negative educational environment plays a blocking role in educational activities.Therefore,it is very important to create a good educational environment for professional values from the three aspects of society,family and school.
