Xi Jinping said it clearly at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: with long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development.The new era highlights the new atmosphere and calls for new actions.College students are the backbone of the country's future development,and the young generation has the responsibility to carry the mission to take the long march in the new era.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China takes message to college students:"the young generation has the ideal,the ability,has the responsibility,the country has the future,the nation has the hope.The new era calls for the majority of young people to be firm in their ideals and beliefs,to keep ambitious and keep their feet on the ground.brave to do The Times of the tide,in the realization of the Chinese Dream in the vivid practice of flying dreams of youth,in the unremitting efforts to write a chapter in life.To improve the ideological and moral literacy of college students is an important part of the healthy growth and comprehensive development,and the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility is the key factor to reflect the ideological and moral literacy of college students.President Xi Jinping has stressed the spirit of responsibility on many occasions.On New Year's day in 2019,President Xi called on young people in the new era to"cherish dreams and pursue them with great efforts,so as to build up their tenacious will and inspire them to take on the responsibilities of continuous struggle".On April 30,2019,President Xi Jinping in his speech about the 100 th anniversary of the May 4th Movement,stressed that "In the new era,Chinese young people should cherish this era,shoulder the mission of the times,experience in it and grow up in due diligence." To promote national development,national rejuvenation,build a harmonious society and shoulder family responsibilities,college students need to have the sense of responsibility.Under the new situation,college students' ideological and moral qualities and the spirit of responsibility are confronted with numerous challenges.The study is based on questionnaires,interviews and conversations,combing with the mainstream trend of new times.Knowing that the mainstream of college students' spirit of responsibility is positive,they have strong senses of social responsibility and superior ability.but there are also practical problems such as fuzzy cognition of responsibility,weak sense of responsibility,indifferent emotion of responsibility,passive behavior of responsibility and lack of ability of responsibility.The specific performance is that some college students lack of social responsibility,lack of goals and direction,lack of gratitude and empathy and so on.Reasons are various,the influence of social environment,school education and family education take much attentions to students' academic performance,and for the cultivation of the students' practical ability and bear spirit wanting,more college students' individual their own ideological and moral qualities,mental state and ideal pursuit,causes its bore consciousness and ability insufficient.Through empirical research and phenomenon analysis,this study tries to master the problems and the real causes of the cultivation of college students' spirit of responsibility.Young college students are dream makers and dream-interpreters in the new era.The Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will become a reality in the relay of the youth.This study based on the current situation of college students' spirit of responsibility in the new era,from clarifying the era connotation of college students' spirit of responsibility in the new era,analyzes the basic characteristics,theoretical basis and era value of the spirit of responsibility,and summarizes the causes of these problems after in-depth analysis.In order to catch up with the pace of The Times and to meet the demand of the new age and becomes an ideal and skilled youth.To cultivate spirit of responsibility,young college students must be under the guidance of Marxist theory,based on inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture,by moral values establishment and people cultivation in universities as the goal,to promote student's personal growth as the direction,construct the efficient way of training college students bear spirit,mainly play four aspects of the role including state,school,family and college students' person.Through scientific and effective way,patterns,and the carrier,the cultivation of the formation to together,make the students mission nationalconsciousness,take the initiative to assume social responsibility and family responsibility,endowed with responsibility and dedication spirit,inspire bear emotions,improve the responsibility to bear ability.We should integrate the sense of responsibility into the feelings of responsibility.In the journey of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we have the courage to take on our responsibilities to make active efforts and make contributions.
