In recent years,China's social transformation and information technology reformed,public opinion ecology and public opinion patterns have undergone important changes.Both sports development and China's public opinion paradox have developed to an important stage;in the WEB2.0 era,big data algorithms have become The important means of information presentation of various platforms also deepen the intensification of public opinion patterns and ecological changes.From the timeliness and effectiveness,to strengthen information disclosure,the use of the Internet to collect public opinion,to gather people's wisdom,to supervise and guide public opinion has become an inevitable requirement under the current public opinion pattern.All along,the development of table tennis has a clear and obvious advantage,which has attracted much attention from the society.At the same time,the social public opinion ecology has changed under the new media environment,and it has put forward new requirements for the network public opinion guidance.This paper seeks to conduct a comprehensive anatomy and research on a single emergency,that is,the "National Table Tennis Retirement Event" in the above background,and strives to make suggestions in two aspects: lyric theory and public opinion guidance practice.This paper takes the public opinion guidance of Guoping's retiring event as the research object,and studies the problems of public opinion evolution and public opinion guidance in the case of Guoping's retiring through literature,data analysis,case analysis and content analysis.,propose a public opinion guiding strategy.The study found that the government has the following problems in public opinion guidance:(1)lack of sincerity in attitude and easy to cause dissatisfaction of netizens;(2)lack of government information disclosure is one of the root causes ofincidents;(3)government departments handle public opinion paradox When the borrowing power is insufficient,the mainstream media alone is too rigid and rigid;(4)There is not enough follow-up to the public opinion and lack of active guidance.Based on this,the study proposes the following strategies guided by public opinion:(1)The government should be serious and sincere,and treat public opinion correctly;(2)pay attention to daily information disclosure,avoid netizens guessing because of insufficient information;(3)fully link mainstream media with new The media platform widely uses various forms of media to carry out propaganda and guidance;(4)promptly guide and seize the level of public opinion,and timely follow up and adjust the changes in public opinion.
