The introduction of the core accomplishment of the history subject provides guidance and direction for the new round of history curriculum reform.It is a practical problem how to achieve the training goal of discipline core accomplishment in history teaching.The theory of tacit knowledge in knowledge management can provide reference and help to solve this problem.Firstly,according to the classification theory of explicit knowledge,historical knowledge can be divided into historical explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,while the core accomplishment of historical discipline is the important content of historical tacit knowledge.Secondly,based on the theory of show the conversion of implicit knowledge,history show implicit knowledge can be transformed each other,history is an effective means of tacit knowledge acquisition is recessivation of explicit knowledge,namely history cultivation of core can be realized through history explicit knowledge recessivation.In the high school history teaching,based on the characteristics of implicit knowledge,aiming at subject core literacy cultivation,adopt certain strategies,such as clear recessivation goal,a reasonable inquiry guide,of the inquisitive teaching based on historical data inquiry,enhance the students'emotional experience,etc,to help students realize the historical process of explicit knowledge recessivation,is also the process of cultivating students discipline core literacy.Finally,through the discussion of history explicit knowledge recessivation,rich history education related personnel to history of tacit knowledge and the understanding of the subject core literacy at the same time,can inspire the change of teaching behavior,thinking in practice to explore the effectiveness of the cultivation of the core to the student,thus promote the realization of curriculum reform goal.
