Since the new century,China’s basic education has entered a stage of rapid development.In 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the Interim Measures for the Management of Leaders in Primary and Secondary Schools and the Management Standards for Compulsory Education Schools,which implemented the spirit of the 19 th Party Congress and improved the reform of the education system.It also marked the basic education in China.The business is more standardized and more standard.Nowadays,with the rapid development of the economy,the urban secondary education is booming and the characteristics of urbanization are becoming more and more remarkable.Rural living standards are getting better and better in the context of urbanization,but education problems in many rural areas still exist.As a part of basic education,music education is one of the important contents in the comprehensive development of China’s promotion of quality education,namely,"de,wisdom,body,beauty and labor".In order to fully implement the advancement of art education,most schools have gradually attached importance to music education.However,the slow development of rural areas still has backward problems.Fuyu County is affiliated to Qiqihar City,Heilongjiang Province.It is located on the east bank of Wuyuer River and has 90 administrative villages in 6 towns and 4townships.It is a region with vast territory and abundant natural resources.However,because Heilongjiang Province is China’s most northeastern province,its geographical position is relatively remote,and there is very little foreign exchange.Therefore,there is still a big gap between education and fast-growing cities.Under the background of the slow development of music education in Fuyu County,this study selected the largest junior high school in Fuyu County,Fuyu County No.2Middle School as the research object,and obtained reliable and effective methods through questionnaires,observation methods and individual interviews.The research data reflects the basic situation of music education in local middle schools,and provides effective arguments to explain the current problems in music education in the second middle school of Fuyu County.The study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introductory part of the study.It includes the background,significance,research methods of the topic and the author’s literature review of previous monographs.The second chapter is Fuyu County Middle School.The basic profile of education includes an overview of secondary education in Fuyu County and an overview of music education in the second middle school of Fuyu County.The third chapter is the statisticsof the questionnaire data of teachers,students and parents of the second middle school of Fuyu County;the fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the slow development of education according to the statistical results of the previous chapter;the fifth chapter is based on Fuyu County.Suggested countermeasures proposed by the existing teaching resources and teaching status,and suggestions for better development of music education in the second middle school of Fuyu County.
