The basis of organic chemistry,as one of high school chemistry courses,plays an important role in our daily life such as the daily life of everyday and the country's military defense which is inseparable from the organic materials.In addition,Fujian Province has begun using national unified test paper for National College Entrance Examination(NCEE).It's not hard to find for everyone,the proportion of organic chemical parts in NCEE has increased significantly,and has been an obvious characteristic that many questions with knowledge of organic chemistry as the background,thus help the students how to master,understand and apply the application of the contents of organic chemistry.So it has become one of the hot spots of high school chemistry teaching.The scaffolding instruction is a teaching method under the theory of constructivism,and the teaching method is based on the similar"scaffolding"to guide students to establish the connection between the old and new knowledge,through the creation of arousing the students'situation to introduce cognitive activities to stimulate students interest in the new knowledge and involvement,and then through the students'independent exploration,and collaboration among students,between teachers learn and get new knowledge.The researches adopt literature research,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and the education method in this paper,at the same time,selection of high organic chemistry"benzene and its derivatives" part using scaffolding instruction teaching practice,using comparative study during the experimental group and the comparative group,with observation of classroom performance of students and through questionnaire investigation and interview to understand student's perceptions of the teaching process,and with the help of a pretest and posttest statistical analysis of the teaching methods on students'learning effect finally.The effects of non-intellectual factors such as attitude,method,mind and emotion on students'study were investigated by questionnaire.Based on "basis of organic chemistry"in Jiangsu Education Press,the teaching design is carried out.The results show that using the scaffolding teaching students in the experimental group through classroom teaching practice,on the "benzene and its derivatives"knowledge learning can make full use of teachers to give "scaffolds" independent knowledge exploration,conclusively complete knowledge construction and the significance of positive transfer of knowledge,both in terms of study attitude,approach,mind and emotion and so on,learning result and analysis of the ability to solve the problem are obviously better than that in comparative group.It's ignificant to provide a referent teaching methods in teaching of organic chemistry in high school for the chemical teachers.
