| With the rapid development of science and technology and the rapid growth of information and knowledge,the way people learn knowledge has not only limited to books and blackboards,some traditional teaching methods have been unable to meet people’s knowledge of learning and mastery.In particular,in order to meet the objectives and requirements of quality education for high school students under the new curriculum standard,almost all the high schools have adopted multimedia teaching methods.Although the extensive use of multimedia teaching in high school teaching increased the visualization effect of the explanation,but also improve the students’interest and learning effect in learning.However,some of the contents of chemistry teaching in middle school have no scientific visual teaching plans.The teaching of classroom can not fully reflect the value of multimedia teaching.In this paper,we use the chemical calculation software Gaussian09 and the chemical graphics software GaussView5.0,ChemDraw8.0 to study the microcosmic processes of some typical chemical reactions in the organic chemistry module of middle school,and put forward the concept of multi-information potential energy surface profile and the teaching design of organic chemistry reaction mechanism in middle school based on multi-information potential energy surface profile.The main research contents include the following four parts:1.Through the analysis and research on the teaching and teaching materials of organic chemistry modules in middle school,we put forward the concept of multi-information potential energy surface profile based on the transition state theory.And through compare and analysis the general potential energy profile and the multi-information potential energy profile,we found that the multi-information potential energy surface profile has the characteristic such as intuitive and easy to understand and so on,so it’s very suitable for high school teaching.2.We designed the multi-information potential surface profile of the five typical organic chemistry reactions in the "Organic Chemistry Foundation",and give out the process of drawing the multi-information potential surface profile.3.Based on the textbook of organic chemistry teaching,the curriculum standard of chemistry,the level of students’ cognition and the teaching conditions,we designed the multi-information potential surface profile teaching design scheme of "halogenated hydrocarbon".4.In the teaching design as the foundation,the educational experiment feasibility analysis as the basis,to carry out the teaching practice of information based on the multi-information potential energy surface profile,and through the tests,questionnaire survey and classroom observation,to analyzes and discusses the effect of organic chemistry reaction mechanism on the development of students ’academic achievement and thinking ability,to understanding the students’ attitudes and opinions on new teaching methods.Through the statistical analysis of the test results,it is found that the teaching method of organic chemistry reaction mechanism based on multi-infonnation potential energy surface profile improves the students ’academic achievement and develops the students’ thinking compared with ordinary teaching.This study lays the foundation for the continuation of the mechanism of microcosmic reaction mechanism of organic chemistry based on multi-information potential surface profile. |
