| It is precisely because of the continuous progress of human civilization and the rapid development of social economy,the concept of healthy living has opened the prelude of national fitness,which has led to the gradual evolution of sports into a healthy lifestyle,and swimming as an important sporting activity.The content is favored by people for its own leisure and fitness functions.Therefore,the swimming industry has rapidly emerged in the market economy with the needs of the times,and has further built a broader platform for commercial swimming pools.However,while the commercial swimming pool is constantly evolving,it has gradually emerged many new criticisms,which has caused commercial swimming pools to face new challenges.The increasingly sharp internal problems have seriously affected the development scale and development speed of commercial swimming pools.The root cause lies in the insufficient attention to the micro-management of commercial swimming pools,and the reasonable management methods will be in the competitive field of market economy.It plays a leading role and achieves the effect of rational allocation of resources.This paper takes Xi’an commercial swimming pool as a case study,interprets the development status of commercial swimming pools in the swimming industry from the perspective of management and explores its inherent contradictions,and proposes strategies and recommendations that meet the requirements of the times for its main contradictions..Specifically,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to obtain real,reliable and effective information,based on the actual status quo,the business philosophy,staffing,management system of Xi’an commercial swimming pool,The investigation and analysis of sustainable development,management methods and resource allocation were carried out,and corresponding countermeasures and solutions were proposed for the problems existing in the development.The necessary theoretical support was provided to promote the coordination of the swimming industry and economic development in the region.And practical experience.research shows:1.The overall layout of Xi’an commercial swimming pools is unevenly distributed.Most swimming pools are located in urban areas with relatively developed economies and relatively dense population,and the scales are relatively small.2.In terms of employees,lifeguards,coaches and managers in the commercial swimming pools in Xi’an are basically capable of daily life-saving,teaching and management,but the professional experience of work experience needs to be improved.3.In terms of safety management,the water quality of Xi’an commercial swimming pool can be maintained within the standard range,but the water quality testing indicators will change with time due to various factors,all in dynamic form.Therefore,the treatment of water quality brings severe challenges;the equipment for life-saving equipment in the swimming pool is basically complete,but the lack and damage of some equipment are not timely supplemented and repaired.4.In terms of business management,the age of swimming consumer groups in Xi’an tends to be younger.The number of consumer groups varies greatly according to occupations.Consumers in the swimming pool are divided into three types,namely For members,swimming,and single consumption,the most common form of single consumption;the marketing strategy adopted by Xi’an commercial swimming pool is mainly the way of network marketing and distributing flyers,lacking more influential and attractive.The business philosophy of the commercial swimming pool in Xi’an is still at the level of pursuing economic benefits,and has not yet established a business philosophy of people-oriented and strong physical fitness.The overall management of Xi’an commercial swimming pool highlights the lack of professional talents and potential safety hazards.According to the management status and problems of Xi’an commercial swimming pools,the author proposes the following countermeasures:1.Relevant government departments should strengthen the supervision of commercial swimming pools,and provide solutions based on outstanding problems,and formulate more perfect policies for swimming pools.2.The swimming pool should improve the quality and quantity of the coaching team and build a faculty with rich teaching experience.3.Strengthen the management of lifeguards;regularly conduct skills training and select experienced talents during recruitment.4.Improve the life-saving equipment in the swimming pool,and timely replace and repair the missing and damaged equipment.5.Adopt a reasonable marketing strategy according to the laws of the market.6.Commercial swimming pools should establish a business philosophy with the right value. |
