Study On The Operation Status Of The Swimming Pool In Huaian City

At the present stage,our country will rise to the national strategy of national fitness,the state to promote the national fitness.With the living standards of the people of Huaian to improve the swimming fitness,swimming venues are loved by the general public.How to use scientific and efficient standard operation to adapt to the demand of national fitness,the research has far-reaching significance on the implementation of national spirit of the relevant documents and better implementation of the national fitness national strategy.This paper takes Huaian city as the study area,and it's taking Huaian city swimming venues operating status as the research object.Then it's taking the operation status in Huaian city in 19 swimming venues as the research object.Through the literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,and logical analysis and mathematical statistics,the basic situation,investigation,this paper studies Huaian City swimming venue the health status,operation mode,safety status and management status quo,and this paper draws the following conclusions:1.The lack of management personnel,health management and service quality needs to be improved.To strengthen the market service concept of change and increase the introduction of swimming pool management personnel and training.2.To change management concepts,strengthen safety management and avoid security risks.3.Its urgent need to change and innovation and development,market-oriented to give full play to the exchange and cooperation,to take diversified marketing.4.To strengthen the guidance and the establishment of operational management of swimming venues operating mechanism.Strengthen supervision and the public swimming services.
