Comparative Study On The Operation Of Disassembled Swimming Pool And Civil Swimming Pool In Weifang

The swimming industry is an important part of China's sports industry,and commercial swimming places play a very important role in China's swimming industry,the operation mode of commercial swimming place is mainly ticket management and swimming training.In recent 20 years,the disassembling swimming pool in our country has been developed rapidly in scale and quantity.Compared with the traditional civil-built swimming pool,what are the similarities and differences between the two swimming pools,and what are the characteristics of their operating modes? How has its mode of operation affected the pool? It's worth thinking about why.By using the methods of Literature Review,on-the-spot investigation,expert interview and Questionnaire Survey,this paper investigates 32 swimming pools in Weifang during summer vacation.By means of on-the-spot investigation,on-the-spot observation,questionnaire distribution and expert interview,the paper provides theoretical basis and data support for the writing of the paper.By comparing the operation modes of the two swimming pools,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each swimming pool,and realizes the optimization of Swimming Pool Operation Management and personnel structure,it is of practical significance and reference value to promote the progress and development of swimming in Weifang.The results show that:(1)The disassembled swimming pools are mainly distributed in the county,which are mainly operated independently by individuals.The Pool personnel arrangement quantity is insufficient,the operating channel value degree is insufficient.The coaches give priority to cooperative teaching,and the summer income is relatively stable.(2)The consumption group of the disassembled swimming pool is under15 years old,the crowd is mainly students,the travel time cost is small,the transportation tool is mainly electric vehicle,the crowd monthly income is generally not high.Consumers mainly learn swimming skills,have mastered the breaststroke and freestyle swimming more people,master the number of swimming skills to take advantage.(3)The civil-built swimming pools are mainly distributed in the prefecture of the People's Republic of China,mainly operated by contract and leasing,and independently operated by individuals.The management of Leisure and health preservation projects is in the ascendant,the summer business hours are longer and the training prices are higher.The swimming pool construction cost and the operating cost are high,the turnover has the polarization phenomenon,the summer vacation income is unstable.(4)The teaching mode of the coaches in the civil-built swimming pools is mainly cooperative teaching and individual teaching,the new coaches can not get the summer income guarantee,and the employment relationship of the old coaches is relatively stable.Consumer groups concentrated in 16 to 30 years old,the crowd is mainly enterprise personnel,higher consumption level,learning breaststroke and butterfly stroke more people,in swimming skills to master the quality of advantage.The recommendations of the study are as follows:(1)To add the operational elements of the disassembled swimming pools in Weifang.On the premise of guaranteeing the revenue of ticket management and swimming training,combining the advantages of swimming pools and geographical characteristics,fully tap the market's popular water entertainment items.(2)To step up publicity on the disassembled swimming pools in Weifang.The use of appropriate means of publicity and publicity methods,publicity of their own brand value to the region.The introduction of professional swimming coaches.To the coach of the level is not high,the quality is not strong by the regular training way,enhances the coach the teaching quality.(3)Targeting the consumers of disassembled swimming pools.The implementation of the membership of the ticket business concept,and strengthen the county,township and district students interpersonal relations.While improving the swimming skills of primary and secondary school students,we should improve the current situation of farmers who find it difficult and expensive to swim.(4)To enhance the sales methods of civil-built swimming pools.Combining online promotions,holiday discounts,annual card offers and other related activities,to enhance consumer loyalty to the swimming place,stimulate consumer desire for consumption.(5)Lowering the swimming threshold for primary and secondary school students in civil-built swimming pools.Develop A low-profit and high-turnover Operation Strategy for students to expand the consumption group of civil-built swimming pools.The form of teaching for coaches is mainly cooperative teaching,supplemented by individual teaching.While improving the efficiency of teaching,it also reduces the cost of coaches,thus reducing the cost of swimming pool summer operation.(6)To adjust the personnel management structure of civil-built swimming pools.Establish a management model based on salary incentive and service evaluation,put an end to the phenomenon of "old bullying new" in coaches,and improve the service level and work quality of personnel.
