The Exploration On The Life Adaptation Of Self-care Old People In Institutions For The Aged

With the increasing aging of the population,the mainstream family pension model in China can not meet the needs of the elderly,and the elderly have a higher demand for pension.At the same time,with the vigorous support of our government,many pension institutions have emerged,and more and more elderly people are willing to enter the institutions for the aged.The elderly also have higher requirements and psychological expectations for the service of the old-age institutions.The elderly living in the old-age institutions will have different degrees of discomfort,loneliness and sense of loss in the face of the great changes in living environment and lifestyle.This change of environment and role needs certain interventional means to adapt to help the elderly adjust during their stay in the old-age institutions.Physiological and psychological problems can effectively reduce the loneliness of the elderly,help to increase the happiness of the elderly,and help improve the service system of pension institutions.Firstly,this paper combines with the survey to investigate and analyze the main manifestations of the problem of self-care elderly people's life adaptation and the reasons why they can't adapt to the old-age institutions.The main manifestations are the inadaptability of the services provided by the institutions and the arrangement and management of the institutions,and the inadaptability caused by the difficulties of interpersonal communication.The author will take D old-age institutions as the research venue and will stay in them.Taking the self-care elderly as the research object,this paper analyses the reasons from two aspects:the living environment and the individual system of the old-age institutions.On the basis of understanding the basic situation of the old-age care institutions and the elderly living in them,taking group social work as the main intervention method and using the working mode of reciprocal group and supportive group as the main content,this paper summarizes the performance of the members,the role of the workers,the achievement of the goals and the motivation of the group in the end stage of the practical research,and finally helps D institutions.Self-care elderly gradually adapt to institutional life.Finally,combined with the theoretical knowledge of social work and practical experience of the internship stage,the author makes a summary and Reflection on the information collection,the role of social workers and the development of practical methods of social work in the preparatory stage of intervention in the adaptation of the elderly.On the basis of this study,the author makes a summary and Reflection on the social work mode,research methods,service mode of pension institutions and so on.In order to solve the problem of old-age pension,the society has made prospects from two aspects:strengthening the construction of talent team and improving the self-awareness of the elderly.It is hoped that this will not only help the old-age institutions to provide better services for the elderly,but also provide some reference for the introduction of professional social work services.
