For a long time,higher vocational colleges has been regarded as the cradle of technology for technical talents in the enterprise,with the development of society and enterprises need to recruit more practical talents,which requires the new era of talent must have a more solid occupation skills and literacy,but the reality is that many of the graduates at higher vocational colleges the ability level and enterprise job requires far,therefore,improve the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges should become the focus of the work carried out by.This paper adopts literature survey method,interview method to analyze the present situation and the insufficiency of domestic education in higher vocational colleges,and the Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College School of business(hereinafter referred to as business school)as an example,using investigation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method analysis the combination of training mode innovation,achievements and problems and from the actual research results,business school larger gains in the cooperation,there are internal and external training base and improve the teaching model of gang card,and received strong support from government departments,the construction of school enterprise cooperation has professional characteristic,but there are still some problems in the running of higher Vocational Colleges of engineering such as,enterprises to participate in the enthusiasm is low,the lack of teaching and teaching evaluation and supervision system of students’employment is of poor quality and other issues,need further We should improve the cooperation between the three parties,establish the teaching feedback mechanism,reform the teaching methods,and strengthen the vocational basic literacy education to improve the status quo.This paper hopes to provide references for improving the training mode of work integrated learning in Higher Vocational Colleges by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of specific cases and summarizing experience.
