The employment of college graduates is a hot issue concerning both the families and society.So the students'employment competitiveness is the core factor of employment.This paper studies the relationship between students'employment competitiveness,campus interaction and students' participation from the three-dimensional capital perspective.The field study establishes that the core mechanism,that shows college graduates participation boosts students' employment competitiveness.And a positive relationship between the increase in human capital,social capital and psychological capital.The participation of students(learning participation and attendance)role as a medium of campus interaction and the three-dimensional capital.Schools can establish a unified data base to monitor students,campus interaction and attendance,integrates teachers and advisors',resources to combining teaching and education.Cultivating mutual assisting system to cultivate better study habits.Strictly monitoring the teaching efficiency and dividing students activities subjects.Increasing students'campus involvements and learning participation.In effort to enhance the students'employment competitiveness.
