With the rapid development of information science and technology,information technology has been widely used in various fields,which also has a significant impact on the field of education.At the same time,educational informatization reform has become an inevitable requirement for education to actively adapt to and promote social development.In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of informatization infrastructure for rural schools,and has made remarkable achievements.The constant deepening of basic education reform,the constant improvement of informatization infrastructure and the constant advancement of social informatization development all pose new challenges to the informatization teaching ability of rural teachers.Teachers are the subject of teaching implementation,and the fundamental factor that determines the quality of education lies in teachers.The key to the reform of informationized teaching lies in the quality of teachers.Only by comprehensively improving teachers' informationized teaching ability can the construction of rural education informationization be fundamentally promoted.The informationized teaching ability of teachers includes the basic skills of informationized teaching,the ability to develop and utilize information teaching resources,the ability to design informationized teaching and the ability to implement informationized teaching.How is the information-based teaching ability of rural teachers? This study takes three rural middle schools in gan 'an county,songyuan city as an example to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the current situation of informationized teaching in rural middle schools and teachers' informationized teaching ability.The research found that although the informationized facilities of rural middle schools have been greatly improved,teachers' awareness of informationized teaching is not strong,the development and utilization of informationized teaching resources are not in place,and the design and implementation ability of informationized teaching is poor.The main reasons for these problems are backward teaching concept of rural middle school teachers,insufficient resources for rural informatization construction,lack of security system and incentive measures.Based on the rural middle school teachers' information technology teaching ability based on the analysis of the problems and reasons,combined with the actual situation of rural schools,suggested that rural middle school teachers to improve the informationization teaching consciousness,rural middle school to speed up the informatization construction of teaching resources,establishing and perfecting the system mechanism to promote the northeast rural middle school teachers' information technology teaching ability of ascension,to promote informatization construction of rural schools...
